When you try to reschedule, they're booked up sometimes. When I did ask them to treat the inside of the house, they couldn't reschedule for at least two weeks. They are not really convenient with the times. We never had an issue with their cleanliness.”

It's not really their fault, but the treatment can't really kill all the mosquitoes. My satisfaction with the other bugs is an A+ because I haven't seen a spider since I started using them or any other kind of bug. We'll round it to an A- because, honestly, I had really bad spiders, and I don't have any now.”

“I can't say enough good about Natran—I really can't. They're good, and they're prompt on their appointments and everything. It was all really good. We have these small dogs, and when they come, we have to put the block in the doors so they can't get out—we've got a doggy door. They've worked with us a couple of times on that. Because my wife and I both work, we have to get back there to put the door block in, so they call ahead of time so we can slide by, put the block in there, and get along with our business. Natran is an A+.”

“They come out and spray for bugs around the house. They call and tell you when they're coming, they show up when they say they're going to be here, they get it done, and then they leave—perfect. Seriously, they do what they say. If they can't make it—if something happens, or if there's some kind of upset—they call you. They'll let you know and immediately reschedule or ask what would be a suitable time to reschedule. I think my wife picked them out because she liked the idea of its being not chemicals—the environmentally friendly aspect of it. We've got three kids, and we've got a dog. As much as I hate those little bugs, I don't necessarily want to poison the environment to get rid of them. Natran deserves the A grade.”
