I was hoping for an effective environmentally/kid/pet friendly pest control service. Customer service reps and techs are very courteous and do take time to answer questions (reason for 2 stars). It's highly likely that their treatments are environmentally friendly. However, treatments are ineffective for our home. And, it's my fault to fall for and sign their 1 year contract. I shouldn't have. The company should have a trial without the contract so just be aware before you sign up! It's like they put out yummy bug bait for more to come into my house. Now, I am paying $150 to get out of it b/c the bugs are worse than before. I have never had scorpions in our home like this... pics AFTER two Natran treatments.

This company is amazing! I never have issues getting a hold of anyone. They are quick to respond and provide prompt services as needed. I used them when I first moved into my house and when my contract ended, I tried another company called Aptive. I could not continue that contract with Active, they were impossible to get a hold of. Aptive didn’t show up a couple times after saying they did when I was home all day. The pest were not taken care of either I had so many bugs in my home. I went back to Natran and I couldn’t be happier. It truly feels good when you spend hard earned money on a company, that cares. I love my bug free home. Reed is awesome so kind and actually works and he’s efficient. I am a forever, Natran customer.

I received great service from Joe! He explained the treatments and made sure to answer any questions I had before completing the service. I was slightly behind schedule and not at home when he arrived. He treated the exterior while patiently waiting for me to arrive and then inspected and treated the interior. Overall, I’d recommend Natran.

Tim Cloud came out and did a wonderful job not only servicing our house but explaining the ins and outs of what we can expect over the first few treatments. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise and look forward to continuing having Natran come out as they do detailed quality work.

Caleb is a great technician. He takes the time to listen and explain everything to me that he will do to address the issues. He is always professional and respectful. Natran technicians are the best part part of the company.
