“I've used Arch Paint several times for exterior and interior paint jobs. The last job required replacement of rotted sills and siding, and that's where the job was not done well. Several calls were made regarding missed problem areas - repairs that were eventually made, but not to a high quality. While the paint is holding up (not even on year yet) well, the carpentry aspect of the crew was not of high standard.”

“I had to have them come out to repaint a lot of areas. I was not pleased with them. I've called and was assured I would be contacted. This is the first I've heard from anyone. Whatsupwiththat.”

“They were neither great nor bad. My main concern was that I wanted lead-safe painting. They shook the drop cloths outside the window spreading lead chips onto my soil. In the bathroom, the radiator was painted with regular paint instead of metal-safe paint. They took care of it but it required additional calls.”

“I thought the painting part was very good, but the rest wasn't so great, with the handy work. They put the shutters back up crooked, and they weren't ever cleaned like they were supposed to be. Everything else was good, but the clean up and handyman work wasn't done particularly well.”

He was really friendly and personable. He was easy to get along with. I don't remember his name, but he deserves some recognition.”
