“We were impressed by the individual who came out to examine our property and the detailed estimate he prepared. We realized that the scope of the project was larger than we could afford so we asked them to provide a new estimate for a smaller project, which we never received. I sent emails and left messages but never received a response back. I guess they didn't need our business.”
