Home Doctor did a full renovation of our window bay, replacing the 4 windows and trim, doing a like for like job that came out absolutely perfect. Our point person, Lina, guided us through the entire process from start to finish, knew all her stuff, and helped us to make the right choices in the project. Our project was completed in one day, and was completed within an extremely reasonable price range. I’d go with them again for any home project.

First I must say, the sales representative Rob Perks was fantastic. We went under contract in November 2025 for the manufacturing of our 19 windows, and our windows were finally installed in February 2026. This was a 3 day process, of which I had to take an additional day off work. That really didn’t bother me as much, as long as the work would be done. However, after installation of 19 windows in our home we experienced horrible draft in our living room, master bedroom, and son’s bedrooms. Jim was the installer, and I told him about the draft in our son’s room which he fixed. Unfortunately, the draft in the master bedroom and living I didn’t noticed until later in the week. I have been in communication with Shane, Robert and Adela over the last 3 weeks. We had a broken sash in our living room window that we weren’t made aware of right away that was letting in large amounts of cold air. I was told by Shane after the fact when I told him about the draft. Nevertheless, this part would take weeks to be manufactured and we would have to stick succumb to the cold draft in the meantime. Shane came to do an inspection of the windows and then noticed none of the windows had the liners to cover inside of the window frames, this lining covers the nails and imperfections. This should have also been an additional barrier to keep the cold air out. I called last week and the parts for the sash were coming in that day. Fast forward called this morning, March 2nd to basically no avail. Left voicemails for Adela, called Shane no response. We are terribly disappointed and disturbed by the lack of concern, lack of urgency and overall customer dissatisfaction. My family has had to suffer the immense winter cold air, for the last several weeks as we sleep, as a result of improper installation and broken window part. Most disturbingly we’ve experienced head colds just about every morning waking, from the draft over our heads. This is not a reflection of the work we thought the Home Doctor would deliver nor for an over $20,000 installation. If we could go with a competitor like Window Nation company we would have, because this is the worse experience we’ve ever had and it would have just been easier to stay with our old windows and that draft.

Had a door put in for our new patio area outside and wanted french doors with a doggie door. Super friendly, awesome initial meeting with Andy Brown. He gave us the best price that was available. He set up an initial measuring and that happened at the time he said. Followed up with the schedule of the door install which also happened exactly at the time and date he said (about 4 weeks after). Work was done quick and with no issues. VERY happy with our door and will definitely use The Home Doctor again. Prices are less expensive than your other big companies like Andersen windows or Long Fence. You cant go wrong here! Before and after pics added.
