“Unique Indoor Comfort was great—just super attentive. They stayed until the job was done. I'd definitely give them an A+. They were fabulous.”
“They're great. We use them for routine services on our A/C in the summer and heat in the fall. They're reliable and very knowledgeable—if any issues come up, they know how to manage. I'd give them an A.”
“I had a good experience. They replaced my thermostat and serviced the boiler. They were very professional in many ways. They're an A+ company.”
“They serviced the air conditioning. The tech was wonderful and explained everything he did after he did it. He seemed very capable. He explained anything that he found, and I thought he was quite good. I'd give Unique Indoor Comfort an A.”
“No complaints at all.”
“Unique Indoor Comfort was very clean and neat. Very professional appearance. They came in and did what they had to do. It was a service call. I'd give them an A. No complaints. It was a quick visit.”
“They just did a good job.”
“They did air conditioner repair. They came when they said they would, fixed what needed to be fixed, and then they went on their merry way. I'd give them an A.”
“They're punctual. They're polite and really pay attention not to carry any of the dirt and debris through the house. They did a big A/C repair for me. I would definitely give them an A.”
“They sent a very competent technician to our house to help troubleshoot a problem that we had for a very long period of time. As a company, they have always stood behind their work, which is something you don't find with every company. They continue to impress me in the fact that they stand behind the work they do. The main thing they did, and it's pretty technical, but there's this thing called a TXV—it's part of my high-velocity air conditioning unit—and they determined that the TXV that was installed in my system was actually the wrong size for what I needed. They had to first get to the bottom of that, and then they had to replace it. It wasn't very easy because the unit itself is buried in my attic where there's barely any room to get in there, so it's a very tight space they had to work in to replace that. Once they're done, they then have to restart the whole system up and make sure everything is working because that type of maintenance requires them to first evacuate all the refrigerant from the system. The other thing they did—there were two parts—was they installed something known as a low ambient control kit on my outside air conditioning condenser. The combination of both of those solved the problem that I was having for a very long period of time where I couldn't run my air conditioning when the temperature was on the colder side outside, and the two things they did repaired that for me. It'd definitely be excellent—no complaints. I deal with a lot of companies, and most of them do not have the integrity like Unique Indoor Comfort.”
“It was amazing, very good—excellent. The last few times, two years ago and last year, the last time there was a leak from the manufacturer of the condenser. It was something from the manufacturer, and they needed to replace it. We'll give them an A.”
“I had lightning strike the electrical system, and it burned out a lot of the internal workings with a high-velocity system, and they solved the problem and made it a lot more user friendly. I was so frustrated with the local company because they're an hour away from our house. They came out, and they made it worthwhile. They're an excellent company. I'd give them an A.”
“They were fine. It was fine. It was like an annual tune-up or checkup. They changed the fluids or whatever. I think they had bought the business that had installed the air conditioning equipment. They're the people I've dealt with since it was installed. They did an excellent job.”
“I've always had the same company. I never had a problem, and I've had them for years. I wouldn't go around looking for another company. I have no problem with the company. They've always been good. I'd give them an A+.”
“It was fine. I didn't have any complaints—A+. They're fine.”
“They're very good. I'd probably give them an A.”
“We used them many years ago. We had air conditioning installed. I'd give them an A.”
“They have good service and good follow-up. I'd give them an A.”
“I had a good experience. I'd give them an A.”
“I'd give them an A.”
“I think they worked on our thermostat. They were great. I just used them that one time. Their customer service was great. I would say an A.”
“We were with them before they became Unique Indoor Comfort. I just happened to like the owner; he's been very good, they've been very responsive, and I know that they do a really, really good job when we have our yearly cleanout of our systems. They put in new heating, new air conditioning, and a new water heater system. We chose them because they had really good ideas. We have a very old house, and he had really good ideas about what to do with zones and everything else. They were really very good. I would give them an A.”
“Whatever they did, they fixed it. It was with my A/C—they just assessed the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. An A is fine.”
“They serviced our air conditioning unit, but that was done more than a year ago. They were professional. I had an issue when I had them come service the unit, which they fixed. I liked their service enough to sign up for a maintenance plan, so they're scheduled back in the spring for the next summer. They installed the unit in the first place with the previous owner, so when I bought it, it was logical. I'd give them an A.”
“The kid that came in seemed honest. He walked me through everything. It just was an easy experience, because I haven't had one when it comes to my central air conditioning. Something was wrong with my central A/C upstairs, and a representative walked me through what the issue was with the drain and a maintenance plan. I'd rate them as an A.”
“They did the job. They had to do the yearly maintenance, and they did it. I don't remember how I heard about them. I'd give them an A.”
“They installed the air conditioning, and we've enjoyed it. And they're very nice if we need help. They'll tell me on the phone and come out. I guess I'd give them an A. I hope in the spring they'll come and service it.”
“They're efficient, and they're prompt. They do good work. They installed an air conditioning system, and they do periodic inspections. Their customer service is very good. I'd give it an A.”
“I'd give them an A.”
“They came, did the job, and did it well. They rerouted a vent that our builder had not installed properly. Their customer service was good. They're really responsive from what I remember. It was a bit of a hiccup—our builder said he'd cover it, and there was a hiccup there because they tried to bill the builder, but they sent us the wrong bill, so we had to work through that, and eventually the builder paid them, so that was fine. They were able to navigate that. Our friend actually recommended them in the HVAC world.”
“I had a problem with my HVAC unit, and they actually troubleshot very well. I actually called several technicians before them; no one could really fix the issue, and they were the ones who fixed it on the first try. The customer service was great. The number one thing for me was that the problem I had with the system was unique—nobody really knew what to do with it, and they were the only ones who knew how to fix it. That was quite remarkable. I would say they're an A.”
“Everything's going well. Everything's fine, and we're all good. I had one problem last year, and they're pretty quick. So I guess they're an A.”
“They put a new furnace in and changed the house to three heating zones instead of one. The house is warm, and the air is warm. They were very professional and very helpful. It passed inspection, and it works. I didn't have any unpleasant experience with them. I'd give them an A.”
“I actually didn't work with them because that was with a condo association and I was the head trustee, so I didn't actually work with them directly. They actually worked through the property manager, not me. As far as I know, they did a good job. I know they did a good job, and they got the job done. I just have to say we were happy with the results. I would say it's an A.”
“Unique Indoor Comfort did a fantastic job. The installation went flawlessly, and they were always there if I had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The installers were fantastic. They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They were great. We put a SpacePak air handler in, and I'd absolutely give them an A—they deserve it.”
“They showed up on time, finished on time, and kept the house very neat. It was a multiday project, but it looked like nobody had actually been here. They vacuumed, and it was perfect. They put in a high-velocity central air system, and they did an A+ job.”
“Unique Indoor Comfort knows what they're doing. Steve is always amazing, and their customer service is amazing. This time, they serviced my heater. I chose them because Steve's the owner, and he solves my problems. They get an A in my book.”
“They were excellent. Those guys are awesome. They did some troubleshooting on an A/C system, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I'd absolutely give them an A.”
“They come when they say they're going to come, and they fix what they say they're going to fix. They did HVAC work. They did a heating system in the fall and the cooling system in the spring. I think their customer service is excellent, and I'd give them an A.”
“We're very pleased with their work. They were prompt, they were thorough, and they gave excellent service. They serviced our heating and cooling systems in the past, and we will use them again. We would definitely give them an A.”
“They do a good job, they come when I call them, they have a good service, and they make sure my system runs all year long. A couple of years ago, they did some big jobs for me. They actually installed the system I have at the moment, and they've done other jobs when they were needed. A friend asked me to use them. They do an excellent job with no complaints.”
“They come when they say they're going to come, which isn't always the case with people in that business. I think they're very conscientious of getting the work done efficiently and correctly, and they keep the area clean, those are the main things. They take care of my heating and air conditioning in here, so I have them come a couple times a year to service both of them. I've been here for three years, and I've had them all that time. I would say they're an A+ for sure.”
“I've been with them for a while now. They've been good with maintenance and follow up, and they're polite when they come in and explain stuff. It's a good experience. They do annual work for my A/C and heat, so twice—once for A/C, once for heat. We actually knew them from Climate Technologies—they ended up becoming Unique Indoor Comfort. I'd give them an A.”
“They installed air conditioning in my apartment. They were quick to respond, very attentive, and answered my questions. They were easy to deal with. A friend of mine used them a number of years before I did, and he recommended them. I'd give them an A.”
“They installed a new boiler system in our old house and worked very hard to overcome some issues with old pipes. They were very responsive and not pushy. I don't remember how I heard about them. I'd give them an A.”
“Basically, they serviced my air conditioner—it was leaking. Actually, the lines were blocked, water was leaking, so they cleared the line, serviced it, changed the filter, and whatever else. I had used them before but before the name change. I heard about them from somebody else that had used them before. I'd probably give them an A.”
“They're very responsive, and they come immediately when we have an issue or want to schedule something. They provide service on our air conditioning and heating. It's routine maintenance—we have a service plan with them. They just did some maintenance recently. The customer service has been great. They're very, very responsive, they answer the phone quickly on an emergency basis, and they come. I chose them because we had another company that was very unreliable and unprofessional. I'd give them an A.”
