“We have had a number of visits from Mill Town Plumbing. From bathroom plumbing issues to washer/dryer installations, to kitchen faucet installation. We have always been very happy with the professionalism of the individuals who provide the service as well as the timeliness in which they address our problems. “I had a small amount of what appeared to be flooding in my basement, and we couldn't tell if it was condensation with all the humidity this summer or if it was something was seriously wrong. The contractor came out and said, 'It could be either one of these, but I am going to try one other thing because this should be taking up any extra water in the system.' He said he cleaned out a trap that seemed to be not working at the moment. He said this should take care of it but if it doesn't, I have a really serious problem. He asked me how old the system was. That is what happened. He was very helpful. One of the things he suggested was that we moved the entire system of air cooling to another section which I don't think I want to do.”

They should tell me how much per hour they are charging and itemize the charge as well. They just generated a whole amount and I don't know what they based the price on.”
