And then a unit, I forget what they call it, a split something or other in the family room, and this heat and air. All of the units are heating and air. There was also electrical work. They installed whatever it was that would make a unit in order to support an A/C. The product itself works fantastically, and the people really listened and worked for the very best solutions for me and for them. They found a way to do the job gracefully and quietly. The solutions they found for me were subtle, non-invasive, beautifully executed, and really thoughtfully delivered. And they followed it all the way through, to the very last crossed i's and dotted t's. The whole project was done really well, and the people who did the service could not have been more respectful or talented. I would grade them A+ on everything. And their back office was just as good as their front office.”

“They're great. I did an oil-to-gas conversion. They came in, they took out my whole oil system, and they installed a gas system with a gas furnace. I knew a friend of mine and a couple people that had had good experiences with them, so I just figured I'd call them. I would give them an A. They were great. They had to come by and adjust the water temperature a couple times. There was a miscommunication between myself and them; I had purchased insulation for the pipes in my basement, and they had it. It took them a while to install it, but after a quick call, they came by and did it. In terms of customer service, they're fantastic, and they're prompt in answering all my calls and questions, so they're excellent.”

“They're a phenomenal company. They were always there for me no matter when I called—weekends, after hours, no matter what. They pulled out my old boiler system and put in a new high-efficiency boiler. They told me exactly what I needed, helped me research it, answered all my questions, and answered all my emails at all hours of the day and night for me before I spent all the money to have it put in. I've been with them for about 15 or 16 years now, and they've never once let me down. They're just a pleasure to work with. It's easy to call and say, 'One of my tenants is having problems,' and they say, 'We'll go out, take care of it, and call you and tell you what's going on.' They don't say to me, 'We'll meet you down there, and we'll discuss what's happening.' They really, truly make it easy. They explain to me everything that's going on in my own home when I call them up and say that my radiator's banging. They explain to me why they do it, and then they'll come down and check it out if there's a problem. They're just really good people. They're like a family—they are a family-run company, and they treat me like family, which makes me feel good. That's why I've been with them for 15 or 16 years now. I would rate them as an A.”

“They've done a lot of work for me in the last couple of years, and I keep going back because of the good, honest people who own the company. The technicians are well schooled, and they know what they're talking about. If they need to seek out new information, they do, and they do good work. They've done a little bit of both plumbing and HVAC. They did a replacement of the boiler and water heater a few years ago, and then they did a replacement of the central air conditioning unit around the same time back in 2013. Now, they're doing maintenance on both of those systems. They've also done a few plumbing jobs along the line. I'd recommend the company—I'll give them an A.”

“They came out on a repair call from another company that did some insulation work for us. He looked at the air conditioner and said that it was a manufacturer problem and that it was under warranty, so the manufacturer sent the original installer out to fix it. I'd give them an A grade. They knew what they were talking about.”

“They came when I called. If I had any questions, they answered my questions, and they were clean—all the good things. Since I have had them, I have not had any problems; I've been very satisfied with them. They put in a new heating system for me in October of 2014, and they've been servicing it. I've had it serviced a couple times—they come in the fall, and they come again in the spring. In the fall, they check the heating system, and in the spring, they come in and check the air conditioning unit. I really haven't had any problems, and if I had to rate them from one to ten, I'd give them a ten. I'd give 128 Plumbing an A grade.”

I had a leak from my air conditioning in the bedroom, and they came the following morning. They're very good. They understand what's happening, and they fix it quickly. I would give them an A.”

“We had 128 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling come. We didn't have any problems with them, especially not with the person who cleaned the furnace. The master plumber came, and he explained a lot of things. He suggested some things he might do in addition, but we didn't want to do those things right then. He really understood everything, explained everything, and was very thorough with us. They did two separate jobs. The first time, they just came to replace a faucet in the kitchen and replace a pipe underneath the kitchen sink. The other thing they came to do was clean up our gas heating system before we turned it on for the year; they went over what condition it was in and some different things we should do and think about. I deal with plumbers a lot, and I knew that he knew what he was talking about, so I appreciated that he went over things with us. They did the service very well, particularly for cleaning the heating system and getting it ready for the air.”

We had a situation last winter where we had a problem with our furnace—our boiler—and they were able to get somebody out here very quickly to help. It was off-hours, and they were still able to help. In fact, we set up a service plan with them as well, because of their service. They will be servicing our equipment moving forward. I would recommend them to family and friends. I'd give them an A.”

“They did a lot of work. We had them do the heating and cooling systems; they had to do some plumbing for a cooling and heating system we had put in—an energy-efficient thing. They were the kind of units that are almost like a radiator on the floor, or one that you put up on the wall. They did that for us, and then they came back and replaced a hot water tank with one that will never break. It's definitely a professional group, and you can get ahold of them by the phone fairly easy. The person on the other end of the phone is very knowledgeable about the business—she's the one who schedules things and stuff. It's a very professional operation.”
