I initially thought this company did a great job when they responded quickly after my garage door unexpectedly collapsed. Sebastian came out, replaced the broken lift spring and bar, and got everything working again. Unfortunately, the real issue showed up a few months later. When installing the chain drive, Sebastian secured the mounting brackets into the drywall rather than the wooden framing behind it. As you might expect, the chain drive eventually ripped right out of the wall. I contacted Action Garage, and they sent Sebastian back out. I had no problem with that until he informed me it would cost an additional $280 to repair an issue that resulted from the original installation. That didn't sit well with me. As a veteran, I value honesty and accountability, and I did not feel it was right to be charged for correcting a mistake made during the initial repair. I declined the additional service and decided to fix the problem myself. I had to cut out a section of drywall, properly reinforce the area, and completely redo the rail and track system. I understand that technicians can have busy schedules and that mistakes can happen, but I believe this situation could have been handled much better. A fair resolution and proper repair would have gone a long way.

Very happy with their service. Appointment was given quick, technician was on time very professional and knew exactly what the issue was. Door was working properly in no time. Price was reasonable and I loved that they have a tracking app where you can see where the technician location is when coming to the appointment you can even get a picture of the technician, I find that very safe. I would absolutely recommend this company .
