Joe Roccanti came over and did a great job! He identified the issue and replaced the parts very quickly. He helped me understand how the whole system worked, he was super nice and approachable. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Will definitely use these guys again whenever I need to.

All company's staff involved in the project : Lars (owner), Hank (sales consultant), John (technician) and Marianna (manager) were extremely informative and helped us a lot to understand the product and the process of installation. It was no sales pressure and the discussion of the door design was very productive and we've received advices finally helped us make a decision. New garage door was delivered and installed according to the schedule and looks great. John performed the installation very professionally with an excellent quality the same way he probably would do it for himself. Great company, great people, great work, great new door! Highly recommended!

Liftmaster system installed in 2001. In 25 years only one one call for a minor problem. Most recent visit was just routine lubrication etc. Great product. Great company. Very satisfied customer!

Door Systems has an excellent office staff who listen and analyze the service needed even if the customer doesn’t know all the technical terms to explain the problem with the garage door. The company stands by their work and if there is a subsequent problem (within a reasonable time frame,of course) they send out a service tech quickly. I am very impressed with their service and workmanship.

I reached out to several garage door companies and was glad we found Door Systems Metro Boston. They were highly professional, had great attention to detail, communicated well, and were reasonably priced. Wholeheartedly recommend them for garage repair work.
