“I liked that they had a good record according to a friend of mine who had an awful lot of work done—three times as much—and to the reviews I found online. I liked the personal attention I received from the owner. I was able to talk to the owner of the company, as well as the supervisor, very quickly and easily. I was very happy with everything that led up to the work, the conduct of the work itself, and the closeout when it was all finished. There was no part of it I was unhappy with. They get an A+ from me. There was dirt and mud everywhere, but I knew there was going to be dirt everywhere. I would absolutely recommend this company.”
“I would probably give them an A. I guess the quality of their work was good, since my house is level. Their punctuality was excellent. The workers' cleanliness was pretty good. I guess their expertise was good.”

“They did just as they said they were going to do. The cleanup was phenomenal. They didn't ruin any plants around my house, which I was concerned about. They did a great job. I would say they deserve an A. This was back in November, so I don't really remember anything about their punctuality.”
“It was fine. I have no complaints.”

“I had no complaints. They did a good job.”
“It was a positive experience.”
“Whatever they did, I wasn't there. I'd give them an excellent grade—A+.”
“Dawson Foundation Repair did the work for me. We were very professionally treated—we got the response on time and as expected, so it was very smooth. We had them come out because of a foundation warranty problem—it was just to transfer the warranty from the previous owner to ourselves, organize an inspection, and check some things. There was some paperwork that was needed—they guided us through the process, and we're satisfied with them. The customer service was easy. I'd recommend them. I'd give a grade close to the highest ranking, but not the highest—it's an A.”
“They did some foundation repairs for me. Everything went well. We didn't have any problems—it went like clockwork. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they did what they needed to do, they cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure the yard was in good shape. They wanted to put a root barrier in—I called them in to check and see whether I had any foundation problems, and I really didn't, but they did inject a root barrier down—they were very good about the moisture. They deserve an A. I think they did fine?—excellent.”
“I like that they're organized when they come. They know exactly what they're going to do, and they do the holes. After they finish, everything is nice, and there's nothing to clean up—they take care of everything. The second time they came, I wasn't here. They did it in parts, and I remember that they came to make the holes and dug them efficiently. I think there were 12 holes—they did the holes, and then they put the cement. They waited for three days or more, and then they came and leveled the foundation. I'd grade it as excellent work. They were very, very good.”
“They were very good at what they did. They did an excellent job. I would give them an A.”
“They did foundation work on the west side of the front of my house. It was the driveway side, and it came around to my patio. They did it in two sections. They dug it up first and laid the cement in 14 spots on the home. Then, they came back and actually leveled it out. The leveling worked out the way they said because some cracks closed—you couldn't actually tell that we had had cracks on the walls. They were very good. I did some comparing between Dawson and other foundation repair services, and we chose them for a particular reason—because of they type of work they were doing. In case we put an addition on the house, their formatting would allow more weight bearing. I'd grade them with an A+ right now. The reason we used them was that we were getting work done on the patio, and we made the choice to add a structure that will need additional weight. Their work looks structurally sound. I'll give them an A+ if it holds up when we get the addition done to the patio.”
“They're the ones who did my repair. They were very professional and I was very happy with the work. Whatever he promised, he did. There was only mini problem with somebody with the timing. I called two or three people, and I picked Dawson because for me he did a great job. Money was not the criteria, the criteria was good work. I would give them an A+ rating because their work was good and whatever they did, whatever mess they made, they cleaned it up. They also sent someone out to make sure there were no leaks.”
“They were very good. They did a good job and did everything the right way. They dug 15 under reamed piers under our house to level the foundation. It took about a week. It was complicated by a sewer pipe that needed to be changed, so they had to back off and let the plumber in and do that. They were very clean, and they were very good. I'm a structural engineer, and I referred my clients to them long before I had to use them. I'd give them the A+ grade. That's why we hired them—I had seen how they did their work, and it was right.”
“Dawson did work for me at my place. They did what they said they were going to do, and they were fast, efficient, and professional. I liked them overall, and the work they did is good. They worked on the foundation itself—part of the house had settled. It was a two-week process. First, they had to go in and dig the piers, put in the cement, and let it cure for two weeks. Then, they came back and finished it up. It was a two-day process, but it was over a period of two weeks so the cement could cure. They were very knowledgeable. I'd give an A grade to them.”
“They were very good. They did foundation repair—it was putting piers in underneath. It took two or three weeks, all told. I'd give them an A. They did a good job.”
“Dawson Foundation Repair did work for us. They did an A-level job.”
“We had a good experience. They just fixed the bottom of our foundation. They put something around the house, and they lifted it up. The customer service was good. I heard about them from a friend. I'd rate them with an A.”
“It was fine. We got the warranty transferred into our name. The customer service was fine; dealing with them was easy. We inherited them as a company with the house. I'd rate them A.”
“I liked everything about them. They were prompt, pleasant, clean, accurate, and courteous. They repaired my foundation because there were cracks all over the place. The job took two-and-a-half to three weeks. I'm pleased with it. Their courtesy and reliability stood out. It's an A from me.”
