“Everything was great with them. I just liked the fact that they always came and did what they needed to do, and did what they said they needed to do in a timely fashion. I would call them back in a heartbeat if I needed to. I'd say they were an A overall. I would recommend them.”

“We liked the type of restoration, and the bell-bottom piers. We liked the fact that they came back out a couple years later without any problems and redid some things that, because of good old Houston ground, messed up. It wasn't them, it was just the foundation slipped some more. They were great. I'd give them an A+ overall. I've recommended them numerous times.”

“I like the kind of work they did at my house. I'd give them an A+ overall. They've been great. When they say that they're going to be there at that time, they're going to show up at that time. When they say that they're going to be there on that day, they're there on that day. From the people that worked on my house to the people who worked accounting and billing, everything, everyone was so accommodating and helpful in providing all the information I needed. They said they would be there on that day, they were that day at that particular time. I'm happy with the time of separation and the work they did in terms of. After they left my house, it was as if nothing really happened. Everything was put back the way it was before they came in. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I was not completely with the plumbing company that they sent out, but Dawson did exactly what they said they did. They did a very neat job, and started and finished when they said they would. I'm very pleased with the way they did their work. I would grade the overall experience with an A. I would highly recommend them.”

“They did excellent work, no complaints. I would recommend them, definitely five stars.”

“I think they did a good job. I'd give them an A+ overall.”

“It was good. Their work was good. It was just foundation repair. It was an A+ overall.”

“They did it a while ago. We just had them out for a follow up. The actual work they did was a year ago. I can't think of anything, but everything went fine. I'd give them an A+ overall. I would recommend them.”

“I liked the fact that they told me exactly what was wrong, exactly what would it take to fix it, charged me exactly what they said they would charge, and cleaned up the mess. I'd give them an A+ overall. I'd use them again, I may need them again. It's an old house. So, I would certainly call them again. I got their name from the lady down the street, who also gave them an A+ before I called them. So far, it's only a year old so I'm guessing it's holding up. I haven't called to say anything's happened to it. They showed up on time. They left it nice and clean. I'm guessing what they told me they needed to fix, fixed the problem. They did a good job.”

“Everything was fine. I'd give them an A+ overall. I would recommend them.”

“No complaints.”

“I mean, everything was fine. We're starting to have a little bit of shift in the foundation again that I was going to call them about. Other than that, everything was fine. I really don't have any specific comments. I would give them an A overall.”

“When they came out to do the assessment, I had three I think. They were the most thorough so I liked that. I'd give them an A overall. All of it was good.”

“I think I'd recommend the company. They were really good. It was good. I'd give them an A overall. I would recommend them.”

“I was pleased. I do need them to come back out, though. I just haven't had a chance to reach back out to them again. I liked their responsiveness to detail. They took good care of everything they said they were going to, and it was done pretty much in the time frame they said it was going to be done in. So, they were very reliable. I'd give them an A overall.”

“Everything was good. They were just prompt, and they did what they were asked to do. I would say an A overall. I've already recommended them to my neighbors, and they've already called them to have work done.”

“They had been very responsible. They have very good responsibility. The team, the crew is doing very good job. I would give them an A overall. They did a pretty good job, and I think customer service was very good, very friendly. I would like to recommend with good quality.”

“They did what they needed to do. I didn't have to watch every step of the way. I'd give them an A overall.”

“I think they're OK. They're pretty good in what they do. I'd give them an A overall. They had to come back to clean up a little bit more. I think they were fixing the base. They followed up. I think they did the work.”

“It's fine, but I find my backyard raise is not actually leveled. It's good. I'd give them an A overall. I would recommend them.”

“They've been superb every time. We've been extremely happy with them. They're professional, they're neat and clean, and they do a good job. I would never use anybody else. Their quality of work and customer service is superb. They did an excellent job with punctuality, cleanliness, and expertise. I would recommend them. They deserve an A+.”

“Everything was perfect. They were very professional, and I highly recommend them. It was excellent. Everything went really smoothly. They followed through with everything, and they answered all my questions.”

“The guys did a great job. I'd give them an A. Their quality of work was perfect. I would recommend them any time.”

“They were courteous, and the cleanup afterward was very impressive. They get an A from me.”

“I liked that they had a good record according to a friend of mine who had an awful lot of work done—three times as much—and to the reviews I found online. I liked the personal attention I received from the owner. I was able to talk to the owner of the company, as well as the supervisor, very quickly and easily. I was very happy with everything that led up to the work, the conduct of the work itself, and the closeout when it was all finished. There was no part of it I was unhappy with. They get an A+ from me. There was dirt and mud everywhere, but I knew there was going to be dirt everywhere. I would absolutely recommend this company.”

“I would probably give them an A. I guess the quality of their work was good, since my house is level. Their punctuality was excellent. The workers' cleanliness was pretty good. I guess their expertise was good.”

“They get an A. I'm extremely likely to recommend the company in the future.”

“They were professional and they delivered what they promised. I'd give them an A+.”

“That was several months ago. They deserve an A+. Their quality of work and customer service were fine. We live so far out of town, but they were as close to our scheduled time as possible. Their cleanliness and expertise were fine.”

“They were organized, communicative, and efficient with their work. They cleaned up well. I can't really say anything bad about them. It was an A+ experience.”

“I would grade my overall experience as an A+. I would recommend them over and over again.”

“I think that they were very competent and they did the job. They took as long as they said they would; they didn't take longer than expected. Everything they communicated about how it was going to work was exactly what they did. They had good personalities and people skills. We're happy with the results so far. They deserve an A+.”

“They were friendly in general. They deserve an A+ rating. Their quality of work, customer service, punctuality, cleanliness, and expertise were great. I'm very likely to recommend them.”

“The people were very friendly and informative. They earned an A+. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I enjoyed their personal service. They get an A+ from me.”

“I didn't have any issues with the company. I would give them an A-.”

“They did just as they said they were going to do. The cleanup was phenomenal. They didn't ruin any plants around my house, which I was concerned about. They did a great job. I would say they deserve an A. This was back in November, so I don't really remember anything about their punctuality.”

“It was fine. I have no complaints.”

“They're a very good company. They do everything they say they're going to do and more, really. They go above and beyond. They do a good job. I give them an A. I would recommend them to anybody.”

“They did their job. They filled in a sinkhole underneath my house. I had no complaints.”

“They got the work done and did it correctly. I'd give them an A.”

“I had no complaints with their work.”

“Everything so far seems to be fine. They were great. They do what they say they will do. They're prompt, kept everything clean, and covered while they worked. Their work seems to be done well. My slab didn't crack and everything is fine. At the moment, I have no complaints.”

“I have no complaints.”

“The job was done in a timely matter and pretty much as they said it would be. They get an A- from me. Their quality of work was good. Customer service was fine. They were punctual, as I remember. I remember that one crew was better than the other in terms of cleanliness.”

“It was just fine. They deserve an A. This was almost a year ago. It's kind of hard to remember these folks. Punctuality was good, too. They did a good job.”

“I've been working with them since 1993. I give them an A. I've recommended them before.”

“They performed above my expectations and did the job very quickly. They cleaned up my yard after they left. I didn't have anything to do. They deserve an A rating.”

“They get an A. I've already recommended them.”

“They performed as expected and there was no problem with it. They get an A from me.”

“They got the job done. I give them an A grade.”

“They were on time, clean, and they did everything they were supposed to do. We had a couple of issues and they fixed them really quick, so that was good. They earned an A.”

“We were pleased. It was a pretty good experience. I would give them an A. Their quality of work and customer service were very good.”

“I had no complaints. They did a good job.”

“It was a positive experience.”

“Whatever they did, I wasn't there. I'd give them an excellent grade—A+.”

“Dawson Foundation Repair did the work for me. We were very professionally treated—we got the response on time and as expected, so it was very smooth. We had them come out because of a foundation warranty problem—it was just to transfer the warranty from the previous owner to ourselves, organize an inspection, and check some things. There was some paperwork that was needed—they guided us through the process, and we're satisfied with them. The customer service was easy. I'd recommend them. I'd give a grade close to the highest ranking, but not the highest—it's an A.”

“They did some foundation repairs for me. Everything went well. We didn't have any problems—it went like clockwork. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they did what they needed to do, they cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure the yard was in good shape. They wanted to put a root barrier in—I called them in to check and see whether I had any foundation problems, and I really didn't, but they did inject a root barrier down—they were very good about the moisture. They deserve an A. I think they did fine?—excellent.”

“I like that they're organized when they come. They know exactly what they're going to do, and they do the holes. After they finish, everything is nice, and there's nothing to clean up—they take care of everything. The second time they came, I wasn't here. They did it in parts, and I remember that they came to make the holes and dug them efficiently. I think there were 12 holes—they did the holes, and then they put the cement. They waited for three days or more, and then they came and leveled the foundation. I'd grade it as excellent work. They were very, very good.”

“They were very good at what they did. They did an excellent job. I would give them an A.”

“They did foundation work on the west side of the front of my house. It was the driveway side, and it came around to my patio. They did it in two sections. They dug it up first and laid the cement in 14 spots on the home. Then, they came back and actually leveled it out. The leveling worked out the way they said because some cracks closed—you couldn't actually tell that we had had cracks on the walls. They were very good. I did some comparing between Dawson and other foundation repair services, and we chose them for a particular reason—because of they type of work they were doing. In case we put an addition on the house, their formatting would allow more weight bearing. I'd grade them with an A+ right now. The reason we used them was that we were getting work done on the patio, and we made the choice to add a structure that will need additional weight. Their work looks structurally sound. I'll give them an A+ if it holds up when we get the addition done to the patio.”

“They're the ones who did my repair. They were very professional and I was very happy with the work. Whatever he promised, he did. There was only mini problem with somebody with the timing. I called two or three people, and I picked Dawson because for me he did a great job. Money was not the criteria, the criteria was good work. I would give them an A+ rating because their work was good and whatever they did, whatever mess they made, they cleaned it up. They also sent someone out to make sure there were no leaks.”

“They were very good. They did a good job and did everything the right way. They dug 15 under reamed piers under our house to level the foundation. It took about a week. It was complicated by a sewer pipe that needed to be changed, so they had to back off and let the plumber in and do that. They were very clean, and they were very good. I'm a structural engineer, and I referred my clients to them long before I had to use them. I'd give them the A+ grade. That's why we hired them—I had seen how they did their work, and it was right.”

“Dawson did work for me at my place. They did what they said they were going to do, and they were fast, efficient, and professional. I liked them overall, and the work they did is good. They worked on the foundation itself—part of the house had settled. It was a two-week process. First, they had to go in and dig the piers, put in the cement, and let it cure for two weeks. Then, they came back and finished it up. It was a two-day process, but it was over a period of two weeks so the cement could cure. They were very knowledgeable. I'd give an A grade to them.”

“They were very good. They did foundation repair—it was putting piers in underneath. It took two or three weeks, all told. I'd give them an A. They did a good job.”

“Dawson Foundation Repair did work for us. They did an A-level job.”

“We had a good experience. They just fixed the bottom of our foundation. They put something around the house, and they lifted it up. The customer service was good. I heard about them from a friend. I'd rate them with an A.”

“It was fine. We got the warranty transferred into our name. The customer service was fine; dealing with them was easy. We inherited them as a company with the house. I'd rate them A.”

“I liked everything about them. They were prompt, pleasant, clean, accurate, and courteous. They repaired my foundation because there were cracks all over the place. The job took two-and-a-half to three weeks. I'm pleased with it. Their courtesy and reliability stood out. It's an A from me.”

“We had no problems. I just liked the type of work they did. I liked the drilled piers—that's what they did, so that's why I went with them. They did foundation repair. It was leaning, so they had to put some piers in and jack it back up. They had to drill them, pour concrete in, and let it set. I think it may have been a three-week process. I'd give them an A.”

“They were prompt. They did what they said they were going to do, and the guy was straightforward and honest. They did foundation repair. We had a crack in the house, and they came out, leveled it, and put piers underneath it. The customer service was great. I'd give them an A.”

“It was fine. They were pretty good at cleaning up. It took a long time, but that was because of weather delays—I don't think it was really their fault. They're a foundation company, so they repaired the foundation. They put in piers. There was a considerable problem, but they took care of it, and it's fine now. They told me when they were going to be here, and that's about it. I'd give them an A.”

“I bought a house, and Dawson Foundation Repair did work on the house. They put stuff around the house, and they transferred the warranty to me. Before I bought the house, someone came to check and see that there was no water splashing under the house. I contacted them, and they transferred the warranty to me. I sent them proof that the house is intact and everything is fine. They were very friendly, and I enjoyed dealing with them. Whatever I did with them, I'd give them an A.”

“They did what they said they were going to do, and they were pretty good when they came around. I felt they were competent and knew what they were doing. I got them from my neighbor. I had a preventative measure put in—it was digging and putting in some stuff. They were here when they said they would be here and finished when they said they would finish, so everything worked out. The customer service was up to my standards. They were here for a day. I'd give them an A.”

“I liked that they kept in contact. We had some weather delays, and we weren't available when they needed us to be, so they worked with us very closely to make sure it happened when they could do it and when we could do it. They did foundation work—I don't know that there was an actual crack, but they found the foundation to be just a little bit less than level, so they leveled it. They were always responsive if I called them. I'd give them an A. They were very tidy about picking up after themselves, and they were in and out with no mess.”

“Everything they did was with my husband, but I think it was very good. The outcome was A-grade for me.”

“Dawson Foundation Repair was awesome—A+ all around. They did 12 interior piers. It was a big job, and I was blown away. It was like they weren't even there. I'd absolutely recommend them. They were well beyond my best expectations.”

“They fixed my foundation when it was not level, and they did a great job. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I wanted a top-of-the-line company, and I liked Dawson Foundation Repair's method. I'd grade them as an A+.”

“They showed up on time, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and all the workers were efficient. Everything went off without a hitch. They leveled my house. I don't think I originally had piers, so they put piers in. The representative was very informative, and they offer a lifetime warranty, which is very impressive. I would give them an A+.”

“Dawson Foundation Repair did a good job. They were professional and had good reputations. I chose them because they have the best reputation that I know of in Houston. They leveled the foundation and put in new piers. I'd give them an A+.”

“They leveled the whole house and garage. They got it done right, and I liked the quality of the work. The workers were courteous and efficient. I chose them because a couple at work had used them and liked them. Other people had used other companies and had problems. Dawson Foundation Repair was highly recommended by other people. They get an A grade.”

“They told me what was wrong with the foundation of my house. They did a good inspection, and they did the repair. I chose them because I think their system is the best for foundation repairs. Before I went with them, I called another company that does the same type of work, but I had problems just getting them to my house. With Dawson, I had no problems, so I'd give them an A.”

“The professional way they did their job made working with Dawson Foundation Repair a positive experience. They did the foundation and put in piers. I chose them over another company because of the way they do the installation. I'd rate them as an A+.”

“They came in and did exactly what they said they were going to do on the dates they said they were going to do it. They seemed like they were very straightforward on why their process was better and would work. When I questioned other companies with the information Dawson Foundation Repair had given me, they basically tried to skirt around the issue and not answer the question. It was very telling that Dawson was very upfront about the shortcomings of some of the other processes. Also, I had actually called them two other times previously, and there was really nothing they could recommend that I do either time. They said, 'Obviously, we can sell you something. There are lots of companies that would come out here and probably try to sell you piers for your house, but it's really not far enough out of alignment for that to be necessary.' They've come out here twice to look at it, but I've never had any work done on the house. I would have to say they're an A+.”

“They leveled the foundation at the front of the house. They did what they said they were going to do. Everybody was nice, and they seemed to know what they were doing. I chose them because when the man came out to give me an estimate, he really sounded like he knew what he was doing, and the fact that he was enthusiastic about it inspired confidence. I'd give them an A+ rating.”

“I had a good experience with Dawson Foundation Repair, and I liked the owner. He was really good at communicating and explaining the project to me. They fixed our foundation, and they did everything in a timely fashion. The cleanup was good. They did a great job. I liked everything about them. Dawson gets an A.”

“They did foundation work. They did the work as they had indicated and in the time period they estimated. The workmanship was what they had shown in their online documentation. I just felt their work was very professional, and I think everything worked as I expected it to. The one side of the house needed to be leveled, and another side needed to be stabilized. I chose Dawson Foundation Repair because I thought they had better technology, and it would last longer. It was a different method; instead of an older pile method of repairing foundations, they used the pier system. I heard from neighbors that the pile system wasn't permanent, and they had to have them come back and do some more work. Dawson's system seemed to be more permanent. I'd give them an A.”

“They did a good job. They were pretty professional, and I feel the job was done well. They installed the concrete foundation before they checked out the house, so I feel they did that part right. Other companies don't do that part; they just say they need to check the front part and don't say they will dig a hole. The first time they came over here, they had a machine to figure out the balance of the house, which I felt was pretty professional. I called three companies, and one guy just looked at the crack in the wall and told me what the problem was. Dawson had a machine that they put on the floor, and it told me how many degrees it was off, so I liked the way they did business. I'd say they're an A.”

“They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They did foundation repair because there was a crack in the foundation. They installed ten piers under the house. I talked to a couple different companies and got estimates, and Dawson Foundation Repair was the most professional and most competent. I would rate them as an A.”

“They did foundation work, and they did some tunneling under the house so that the pipes could be replaced. They did the job, and that's what I wanted. They were in the neighborhood several years ago, so I had them give me an estimate. Other people said they were good, too. They seemed to do fine, so they get an A. The house is still settling, but I haven't seen any problems yet.”

“They did the work that we paid them to do—they leveled our house. There were no issues with the work after they were done, and I have not had to call them back. I'd give them A+.”

“Dawson added piers. I liked the repair technique they used. I would recommend them; I'd say they're A+.”

“I liked the engineering—it was good. They were on time and prompt, and I can't say one bad thing. I chose them because of the way they designed it; it wasn't a quick fix, and I like the way they did it. I have recommended them—I have done so a bunch of times. I would give them an A+.”

“They did a fine job. They put the bell bottom piers around one end of my house. They did everything they said they were going to do, and you can't ask for more than that. My neighbor recommended them, and that is why I chose them. I'd give them an A+.”

“I'd give Dawson Foundation Repair an A.”

“They stayed on schedule, and they did the job like they said they would. Their employees were friendly and polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd give them an A.”

“Dawson Foundation Repair did well. I'd rate them an A.”

“They did a good job. I'd give them an A grade.”

“Right now, I don't see anything wrong with what they did; I'd give them a very good grade.”
