The Ultimate Flooring Design Center just completed installing our Mirage hardwood floors and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from start to finish. David the owner was great to work with not only because of his knowledge of flooring products but he was very professional, personable and was happy to answer all our questions. David assisted us in taking advantage of the manufacturer’s rebate offer as well as giving a military/veteran discount. The installation process went very smoothly and we were very impressed with their installation team as they carefully removed the old flooring, tighten up any squeaky sub-flooring problems and reset all the kitchen appliances and furniture. The entire installation only took 3 days which included laying 2000 sqft of hardwood flooring and 550 ft of shoe moulding. David communicated with us every step of the way including texts, email and phone calls including when he was on vacation. I highly recommend the Ultimate Flooring Design Center. Ryan was helpful in directing us to carpet and we could take samples home to see how they looked in our home. He provided pricing for the different ideas we had for the stairs. The workmanship on the wood flooring for the landing and the carpeting of the stairs looks great. Did both jobs in one day.

We were very happy with the time and effort the owner and all staff of Ultimate flooring took to help me learn which flooring would serve my needs and look great in our new home! When the LVP flooring was put down there was a seamless transition from our family room where it met the sliding doors out to our lanai. This area looks amazing compared to some other homes that went with the builder’s installers. I am very grateful for all the small details that made a difference! Thanks to everyone at Ultimate flooring!!

We recently had COREtec luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our townhouse. Ellis and his crew were on time, very professional and extremely hard working. Dave was responsive in resolving an issue that arose due to the new flooring being lower than the previous layers of flooring. We are thrilled with the finished product and look forward to enjoying the new floors for years to come.

Such a great company to work with! David was prompt and communicative—he provided a clear estimate with everything detailed out, which I appreciated. Miguel did the tiling and was incredibly detailed—I’m very happy with the result! They have worked together as a team for years, so communication throughout was very simple. Unfortunately don’t have a photo of the finished product on hand, but I’ll include an in-progress photo to show how detailed Miguel was with a difficult tile/size. We have a few more projects in the near future and won’t hesitate to use them again. Very happy with the shower, and highly recommend them! Already shared their info with multiple friends. Store has a big inventory of carpets, floorings, tile, etc. to choose from as well, and David helped us figure out where to get anything he didn’t happen to have on hand (we were on a tight timeline). Again, highly recommend!
