I had a fantastic experience with Builders Fence Company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service provided by Mike. Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. He kept me informed throughout the project and made sure the final result exceeded my expectations. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The quality of the fence is outstanding, and the installation was done with precision and attention to detail. These guys were Great. From the initial set up to their effectiveness in getting us permits was fast and easy! Mike helped me with good pricing and getting financing for the fence. They communications and scheduling install date are very good. I had a good size fence installed and they were able to complete in one day. They did a great job and the gates were well made. Builder’s Fence did an amazing job from start to finish installing my new fence! John Fulcher made it so easy and offered fantastic suggestions for the style of fence too. The project turned even better than I anticipated. The entire process was seamless and I highly recommend them for your next fencing project!

Builders Fence was the third company that we requested a fence quote from. We kept wanting another quote because the pricing we were getting was a lot higher than we were anticipating. Builders Fence was the most reasonably priced and their timeline for installation was quicker than the other companies we met with. Our point of contact was John Fulcher who was very personable, explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive with our communications. Our installation was able to move forward despite several days of rain and we were so thankful for that. We did have a couple of follow-up items that needed attention, but John handled those expeditiously and the person that arrived onsite was very helpful and corrected the issues perfectly. We absolutely love our backyard fence and are very pleased with the aluminum style we chose. Our dogs are very happy and we use our outdoor space daily now. I highly recommend Builders Fence and especially John Fulcher as your point of contact.

I had a great experience start to finish with Builders Fence Company. Mike was a pleasure to work with! I appreciated how communicative and friendly Mike and everyone else we dealt with was. Price was competitive; we got lower estimates, but we ultimately decided to use Builders Fence because they were so pleasant to deal with, which cannot be underestimated. They worked hard to reschedule our installation, which had to be moved due to the snowstorm. When the fence was installed, it was done very well and very quickly. Thanks, y'all!
