We had several sections of a 10-year-old fence that needed to be addressed, and the Academy Fence Broker team did a fantastic job. Entirely replacing a primary gate (new posts & hardware), six aging (leaning) posts, and multiple planks throughout the perimeter. The office team was quick to respond to my inquiry; the estimator team was on time, detailed, and quick to deliver a detailed estimate; the crew was also on time, courteous of the property, and completed the job as promised –with outstanding workmanship.

I would truly not recommend this company. Their communication and customer service skills are beyond deplorable. They changed my install date two times. They didn’t have clear communication with me as a client. I told them my expectations as they were installing the fence and they had no customer service skills they just got up and left the job and damaged my grass and stop all communication with me.

Moved to a new home and wanted to get a fence put in. Got quotes from 4 different companies and Academy had the best customer service, the best price, a great warranty and installed beautifully! Fred is just a great down-to-earth guy and Brandi was quick to respond with all of my questions (and I had more than a few) via phone and email. Not to mention we were trying to get a fence during COVID with wood shortages. AND we wanted Cedar. Fred was able to find what we needed in the timetable we had wanted. REALLY great experience. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional, and they travel! I worked with Academy Fence Brokers a few months ago to build a wood privacy fence. Academy answered my questions over the phone, got measurements the next day, and provided a detailed quote. They brought several workers to build the fence, allowing them to complete all the work in one business day. The total time from phone call to completion was about two weeks, and I couldn't be happier.

Just called to get an estimate and the receptionist suggested that my job wouldn’t fit the price requirement of $1600. This is without asking questions about the full scale of work. The job would have been at least $20000. Take your business elsewhere, imo I used Summit Fence instead. I had a great experience from the beginning to end. 😊
