“There was an exceptional way they did their work. They were kind and considerate. I've had so much work done, I can't say exactly what they did. We had a flood in the house and we had a lot of people in here. I would grade them an A overall. They did excellent work. I had no problems with them. The ballast? By trying various bulbs, I came to the view it must be the ballast. And I don't have the capacity myself to replace the ballast. And they came and did quite a commendable job. Replaced it. It's been working fine since. I would give them an A grade, overall. The quality of work was very good. I thought customer service was fine. I thought it was well done. They showed up when they should and did the work well.”
