For the plumbing, they had to move the water main shut-off valve. The valve that goes to one of our external faucets—the previous owner of the home had basically covered that with some drywall, so he had to find it and move that valve so it could be accessed without tearing up the whole wall. In both cases I'd rate them A+.”
