I needed a new 120 V 20 Amp outlet with a dedicated circuit breaker (so not a small task). Alex was on time and ready to work. He was professional and efficient and I couldn’t be happier! I will use Right Touch Electrical for ALL my electrical needs going forward and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for doing such great work!!

Ethan and Isaac from Right Touch Electrical were fantastic! They installed recessed lighting on my 20ft living room ceiling and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home – they wore foot covers without me even asking and cleaned up everything when they were done. You’d hardly know they had been here, except for the gorgeous new lighting! Pricing was very competitive for this area! I highly recommend Right Touch Electrical, especially Ethan and Isaac, and will be using them for all of my future lighting and electrical needs. 10/10 service.

Issac was helpful and very knowledgeable. We even shared our devotion to the Astros...talking a short time about them! What impressed me was that he exuded confidence! No problem was too small. Everything that I mentioned was met with "No problem" or "We will try". I would recommend Right Touch Electrical to anyone!

I scheduled a free estimate with Carlie’s assistance for today 5/28/26 between 8-11am. They never showed up between 8-11am. They ran a minimum of 2 hours behind…. Put me on the back burner…. Carlie called to give updates but for me that was a tactic to pacify the inevitable of not arriving at a decent time after 11:00 am. They were due to arrive between 8-11am…. They were VERY INCONSIDERATE OF MY TIME. Chris finally called around noon and guesstimated he was going to arrive at 1:00 pm depending on wrecks and traffic. They took my time for granted. Free or not, they should not take up 5-6 hours of a customers time waiting on them. They used emergencies as an excuse for the delay! I don’t believe that….They left a horrible impression! Can’t trust them to do what they said they would for an estimate, don’t want to take a chance of working with them for the installation of the lights. I received other free estimates and those companies did what they said they would do by arriving early, on time, or somewhat reasonably afterwards. They did not give excuses like this company as if that’s going to change the narrative! I’m highly disappointed in their service! I don’t care how many good Stars they have, they dropped the ball on me! You never get a second chance to make a first impression! S Davis

Josh and Kendrick did an amazing job with the communication and everything. Explained what was going on and how it was going to be fixed. The guys at Right choice electric are the best in the business. So if you need some work done call these guys they will have you going in no time.
