Right Touch Electrical provides a full range of electrical services for residential customers, including emergency repairs; troubleshooting and diagnostics; panel repair and replacement; rewiring; lightning strike evaluation; service and power upgrades and relocation; code corrections; riser and meter base repair and replacement; evaluation of aluminum and knob-and-tube wiring; underground electrical work; and pool, hot tub, security gate, and lighting circuit installations. Right Touch does not charge for travel during normal business hours.
The company's work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty and parts-and-labor warranty. Right Touch uses Eaton electrical panels backed by a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

“They were efficient, did everything I needed to, and were incredibly friendly. They installed a fan or reinstalled a fan that was broken and put a few switches in. I'd give an A+.”

They only hire certified electricians—the work of building homes and putting in plumbing and electrical systems is usually done by just day laborers, and you have to really watch it, so having someone come in who really does a good job is rare. They put in a circuit breaker for the whole house, which would help us maintain our appliances in case of lightning striking somewhere near the house during a thunderstorm. I'm going to get it done to the other house as well. It prevents appliances from failing from surges, so I'm pretty pleased with it. I found Right Touch through a business networking group. I would grade them A+.”

“They were great. I had a couple of people come before them, and those companies couldn't see what the problem was, but Right Touch took care of it. My furnace was making the electricity shut off—it was tripping the breakers on the breaker box. Some of the wiring in the furnace was old, but the breaker box was also very old. I needed a new one, and I had been told that in the past, but the landlord kind of let it go. It was OK for a while, but suddenly, I was without heat when it was cold. Right Touch got it fixed, and everything's been great. My landlord found them; they were able to come right away on the same day that he called them after somebody else had come in and said that nothing was wrong. I'd give them an A+.”

“The guy that came out, Will, was really, really nice. He was great, and he knew his stuff. He definitely knew what he was doing. We had them do some electrical work when we moved into a new house. They wired a big TV over our fireplace, and they wired another TV to hang on the wall. He put in some outlets outside for Christmas lights, and they wired four microwaves and stove. They did a couple more things too. They get an A+ from me.”

He was very clean and efficient, and he pretty much went above and beyond to get done what I needed done. He added some additional lighting above a cabinet, and he replaced some fixtures for me. “I think Right Touch did an excellent job. We wanted three lights and three fans put up, and we didn't have any electricity in the backyard, so we wanted two extra plugs in the backyard. I was pretty flexible with what they could do—I said, 'Whatever you think looks good,' and they couldn't have done it any better. They did such a great job. I didn't expect this, but they covered the outlets they put in there, so not only is the switch waterproof, but the outlets are waterproof. Their customer service was a ten out of ten—they were great. They're A+.”

I've dealt with some people that would come in, make a mess, and not clean up their stuff, but these guys came in and cleaned up all of their stuff.
