Ethan and Isaac from Right Touch Electrical were fantastic! They installed recessed lighting on my 20ft living room ceiling and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home – they wore foot covers without me even asking and cleaned up everything when they were done. You’d hardly know they had been here, except for the gorgeous new lighting! Pricing was very competitive for this area! I highly recommend Right Touch Electrical, especially Ethan and Isaac, and will be using them for all of my future lighting and electrical needs. 10/10 service.

Josh was top notch from the communication to the work! Satisfied with the work. Thanks for the two rooms fan installation. I called upon the Right Touch team two more times for smoke alarm connection issues, upgraded my electrical panel, installed GFCI in the bathroom and laundry. The grounding system outside also needed to be done. Thanks Josh and Right Touch Electric!

Isaac was very punctual at the time he was scheduled to arrive to provide me with a quote. He is very polite and engaging. He asked questions on what I needed done for the house, and I informed him what I needed and he was quick to inform me that it was not a problem. He answered all of my questions about the electrical install and provided me with a timeframe of how long the job will take. Isaac explained and provided me the quote for the install. He was pleasant to speak with, extremely professional, and he explained all the technical aspects clearly.

CHRIS was at my. home in a timely manner - less than 90 minutes after I called. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very informative and explained everything in a way that I could understand exactly what repairs were needed. RACHEL in the office was also very informative and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
