They replaced the entire electrical box outside my house because it wasn't up to code, and I didn't know that. They were out several times. I dealt with two different technicians, who were both very professional and knew what they were doing. You could just tell by talking to them. I felt very comfortable in that I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need, so I was very pleased with the whole experience. As a matter of fact, the next time I need something done electrically, I'll be calling them. They were a recommendation from a very good friend who'd had had them out to install a light fixture in a kitchen area. I would definitely give them an A.”

I live in a house that was built in 1938, and we had just finished replacing some things so the house wouldn't burn down. After doing that, we had some further trouble, and that's when I called them in. The fella who came out stands out most to me. He was very clear about what he thought needed to be done, and he showed me through what he proposed. When it was said and done, I felt good about the work he had done, and we haven't really had trouble with the electrical in the house since then. They changed some things in the main circuit box, and then they reran some connectors and wires up through the attic, also. They earned an A.”

They were cleanly dressed, well-groomed technicians, and everything was very much in good order. They showed up in a timely fashion. We installed surge protection for the entire home, and he also replaced the smoke alarms in four different places around the house. They made a small light switch repair, too. I think we found them in the Best Pick Reports, and they happened to be the first company we called. They're an A+.”

“The first time, they fixed my dishwasher, and I called them the second time because the dishwasher was making a weird sound. It actually didn't make the weird sound when he was here, so they didn't have to fix anything. He gave me advice; he said maybe there was some buildup in there, and he gave me some cleaner. “I liked scheduling the appointment; it was really easy. The technician was very friendly and very helpful, and he explained everything really well. He made himself available and was able to answer questions for me. It was a good experience for me, during and after. They did a couple of different things for me. They went through and kind of rewired my whole electric box, since I had a couple of outlets that weren't working, and they replaced all the GFCI outlets in my house. Then, they came back out, and I had them put in a whole-house surge protector. It's been a bunch of cleanup stuff. I'd give them an A.”
