We had a kitchen light that I'd had a couple people look at, and got several different answers, but it was what I thought it was. It was the ballast; he had to replace the ballast on that light and, also, put a new plug in outside. I'd give them an A+.”

He was letting me know that if I don't replace all of it, there's a good chance it could happen again, so I didn't want to take any chances with kids in the house. I don't really remember. I think as far as what I heard, I just paid way too much but I also wanted to make sure there wasn't a fire going.”
