“They started the job the day they promised they would. Everything was done in the timeframe set up previously. They said it took five days, and it took no more. People were professional and polite. What I like most about 128 Plumbing is that they have these disposable booties. They were going in and out constantly, but every time they would come into the house, I did not have to wash the floor all the time. They installed a Mitsubishi heating and cooling system. There were five units, three upstairs and two downstairs. It was heavy electrical, and there were a lot of people here; two electricians, two technicians who would do installation, and their supervisor would come often. I would grade them an A, because the job they did was a good job. I had no complaints, and the most important thing, after everything was done and everyone left was, he would go room to room and explain all those units, until literally our very last question. He left our house very late, and he didn't leave any question unanswered. Those people, especially that guy who was the last, he did everything with love, like he was in it for himself. He was giving advice, not like a machine, but like a human. I already recommended them to all of our neighbors.”
