I’ve been a long-term client of Salt Service. On several occasions, we’ve had the added benefit of having the same plumber come out and deal with several issues from our water heater to the installation of our new sink faucets. We are fortunate to get Joshua Hill on the last two occasions. My wife and I are extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and ability to discuss the issues in non-technical terms. We greatly appreciated his attention to detail while also respecting our property. Without any reservation, we highly recommend Joshua Hill and Salt Service.

This is two part review for recent services I’ve received from SALT. Hired SALT to install brand new home water filter and softener system, and have nothing but good things to say about AJ and Levi who took care of business in professional manner. They went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved and confirm new system is working perfectly. Second review is for Justin, who came out to do electrical maintenance on our home. He was easy to work with and very thorough, explained his findings and resolved an issue we were having with one of the circuit breakers. Lastly, just want to add Kenneth was great when he called to make sure their services were performed well.

We had another fantastic experience with Salt Service! Brian Sylvester came out to service our tankless water heater and troubleshoot a remote issue we were having. He was incredibly efficient, diagnosing the problem quickly and getting the replacement part ordered for installation later this week. Salt is consistently on time, friendly, and clearly experts in what they do. We fully trust their expertise and truly enjoy working with them. Huge thanks to Brian for the top-notch help—we couldn't be happier with the service!

We had two service teams come out from SALT today. 1) Dylan Wilson from SALT's plumbing department came out & not only fixed the two main concerns we had with plumbing issues (a leaking slip joint to a bathroom sink & an expansion tank for our water heater) but also found a problem we weren't even aware of with our water softener that is super important! Dylan was courteous, kind, and did his work thoroughly & FAST! We will be requesting him on any future service appointments. Keep up the good work, Dylan! 2) Justin Wright & his apprentice Shea' Ragan from SALT's electrical department also came out to address a rehaul on our entire electrical system plus make some new additions. What a heavy lift! Justin took the time to explain everything in verbal & written form to make it understandable from a layperson's view. Both he & Shea' were so kind (with great senses of humor) & courteous. Keep up the good job, Justin & Shea', as we will definitely be asking for you by name in the future. We also decided to become SALT Plus members to be afforded regular safety inspections & maintenance, & a small discount on services. What a bargain! We look forward to the peace of mind & safer feeling we'll have by the important & impactful work SALT is doing for us with our electric & plumbing. Thank you, SALT!!
