“The 2021 February ice/snow storm caused a tree branch to fall and tear down the overhead electric service cable to the house yanking the meter loop with it. The electrical co-op would not reconnect until we upgraded the meter loop. Salt Light and Electric personnel were contacted and came out promptly and completed the task with competence, courtesy and professionalism. The electrical co-op returned and reconnected our power.”

“Your work is good, but your service is 30% higher than the local market.”

“I got charged 600, almost 700 dollars worth of the most minimum work ever. I tried to contact the owner of the company and he said he charged me correctly and was no help about it. All he did was test my breaker and switch the head on my RV electric which I previously told him we knew this needed to be fixed, so in reality he didn’t diagnose anything. I paid 600+ for 30 minutes of work.”
