Not all heroes wear capes, some wear a tool belt. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Reagan and his team. Not only did he do the job, efficiently and throughly, But he provided em wonderful customer service and kindness to my whole family. He took the time to make sure he did the job right and then cleaned up afterwards — AMAZING!I I would absolutely call SALT agin in the future.

If there were 6 stars Jeremy and Shay would deserve them. The knowledge, kindness and care they brought to my space, was true service. Both have a such a bright future in their careers any company would be proud to have them. When are the best things about salt? Is they do not pressure the customer with the time frames they send one person out for a project and they are there until the project is done in my experience. It has always been multiple technicians coming out. And they are extremely thorough. Upfront with the cost and as a service member always applying in military discount. On this project, they installed my chandelier for my kitchen as well as rewired and applied dimmers throughout my home. Extremely pleased with the work I’ve used salt three times now And I will always ask for them back.

I am sharing my positive experience with Flexis. He recently addressed issues with our bathroom remodel under their membership warranty. He explained the process thoroughly and provided a reasonable timeline for the repairs. He was very professional throughout the visits. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Flexis with Salt.

This review isn’t about Salt as a company, but rather about their direct licensed employees and technicians who actually perform the work and represent the company. I haven’t yet reviewed Salt as a company that I’d recommend. Currently, I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience that the sales department promised versus what was delivered. This review is solely about two incredibly helpful professionals who came to our rescue when we needed it the most. One thing I can say about Salt is that their biggest assets are techs like Josh Hill and his right-hand man, Danny. Two days ago, our water heater, which stopped working during their duct replacement ,it went out and became non-functional. We contacted Salt, and my impression was that they didn’t care unless we paid them $5,000 to $15,000 for a $700 water heater. They were paid and no longer interested in fixing or helping our family’s needs. Mind you, we have a 11-month-old who is still bathing in tiny, itchy fiberglass insulation all over his nursery, and a 4-year-old who has respiratory issues. Ironically, that’s the primary reason for the duct replacement, which we discussed at length with the salesperson. That’s another story for another review. I just wanted to provide a brief overview of our experience. Even today, we have insulation slowly flocking our entire house like a Christmas tree the job was “finished” two days ago. Long story short, Josh Hill, as a professional, father himself, and a caring human being, came to our rescue. He spent hours trying to repair our water heater that night. He even followed up the next morning to ensure that our kids had hot water over the long 4th of July weekend. That level of integrity and care is priceless. I’m incredibly grateful for people like Josh and Danny. If you decide to go with this company, I would request these professionals to do the work if you want them to truly care about you and your well-being. Salt needs to know how lucky they are to have them on their team, THEY get a solid 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯%. Thanks for taking the time to read this- HAPPY 4th Of July🫡

Spencer and Jacob were great to work with. They were on time and answered all questions we had. They did a great job. They checked out the wiring on a new ceiling fan and on the power to it. They had to make a couple changes which did make it work. I thought the price was high considering the fan was all put together and hung. However. They were polite, helpful, and solved the problem.
