“It is not that they didn't do the job, but their prices are extremely high for the service that I got. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the service; they are just high in terms of cost.”
“I am one of the preferred customers, and I pay $25 a month to have that privilege. I had to wait 3 different days for them to come out. They need to change the procedure on how they schedule people. They schedule in the mornings based on where customers live, but they need to plan ahead just in case the customers can’t do it that day.”

“I have been a Priority Club member for 6 years and now I am noticing just how overpriced the services are at My Plumber. Addtionally, I had an issue with my a/c that should have been addressed years ago when they first noticed it, but they didn't and it cost me $1,000 to repair.”

“I was told that my expert Plumber would have everything they needed to complete my repair, he didn't. I expected a fair price and I was quoted $1,600 to complete a job that could not be completed. For half of the visit, the plumber only wanted to discuss our crappy water from the test he took and tried to sell us a $4000 water treatment system.”
