“I emailed them on Dec. 13th. The tech came out and checked our services and said the heat exchangers have hot spots. They said they were bad enough that we need to replace the furnace and A/C in both the basement and the attic. Later that day, a sales rep came out, and gave a sales proposal. He was nice when he came out, when I called back about warranty service, he was almost rude and dismissive. I had another company come out, and stated nothing was wrong with the units, and don't need to be replaced. I asked the sales rep why he never showed me the heat exchanger, and he never conducted a combustion test. It looked like a railroad job to me to charge me for two systems. Which would have been huge prices to replace the units. So I fired My Plumber Plus and took on the other company. The technician that came out was Miguel Guzman. The sales rep was Justin Gallagher. Person named Juanita Tellez responded to my email on Sept 20th, my email was sent on Sept. 18.”
