“The two technicians who performed my service were both very polite, respectful, courteous, etc... They kept the noise to a minimum, which was very appreciated, since I work from home. They didn't speak of anything else except the job at hand. I have had other contractors that took personal phone calls and discussed their personal business during visits and that upset me very much. I wasn't paying them to do that. Their work was sloppy and they had to come back for another visit, to do correctly what they didn't do on the first visit, wasting their time and mine. I will not have them back in my house or recommend them to anyone I know.”

“I could not recommend My Plumber to any friends of mine because of the $4,000 I was charged. I felt that I was overcharged for what was done but I paid it because I needed the work done immediately. I wouldn't recommend that on any friend of mine.”

“My Plumber Plus got the job done, and they were thorough. So in my case, they replaced my HVAC and the water heater. I was happy at the end of it even though there was some miscommunication. In the end we got both the tankless heater and the HVAC replaced.”
