“I had to wait 3 days for the pipe to come in and I didn't like that I couldn't be billed for the service and had to pay upfront. The technician did a nice job and he was polite, but he called me too early in the morning and I missed the call, then he arrived at 9 AM banging on the door and I wasn't ready.”

“I didn't appreciate the fact that I asked them to come and do something and the technician spent 30-40 minutes looking at other things and provided quotes for those things. The technician was there almost an hour before he started fixing the problem. He even suggested replacing my water heater.”

“The workmanship was good. I understand trying to sell additional services …..but all the talking took longer than the actual work itself. Install a toilet was what I ask for ……did he have to justify the three hours that he was here for the amount of money that he charged for labor? He took water sample and put drops in and tried to sell a water filer system , and explain all the scenarios. Then charged me additional 379$ because I needed a value, when I said no that I would go to Ace and get one he drop it to $175 on top of the installation of the toilet. I signed everything before he did any work. So bottom line…$ 700+ for a 30 minute job. So I can’t refer my family and friends to a company that thinks selling more than ask for appropriate . The dispatcher did send him out in the evening instead of waiting for the next day since he was in the area.”

“The plumber was a nice young man but too expensive. He quoted us a price of $1100.oo to install a small instant heater in one bathroom. Then he charged a price of $550.00 to reconnect the pipes that my husband had taken loose.”

“I feel that I was grossly overcharged 400 and $93.90 for a week all he did was spend 15 minutes and clean the inside of the tank and replaced one part plus he tried to sell me a $5,000 water filter system which I can't afford and show me how contaminated the water is and I should not drink it and they are not feed it to my pets I will never use his horrible plumber again they should refund me my money I find out that it only costs between 150 and $300 to fix a leak”
“It has become difficult to impossible to get a tech in a reasonable amount of time. A call on Monday got an appointment for Tuesday that was then pushed back to Thursday. Paying for My Plumber Plus does not qualify for all services.”

“Exorbitant prices for new toilet. A $200 toilet they would install for @$2000. Unclog a drain for @$500. Had me sign blank tablet screen 3 times. Later I found these signatures used to indicate agreement with legal contract wording, although I only got estimates. The worst was that they swiped the block where customer would agree to waive rights to cancel, making it look like I had so agreed, thus allowing them to charge my credit card for any and all estimates. Manager claimed I was under no obligation. Even said he took back the $49 fee for the visit. I felt they were untrustworthy.”

“Awful, sent inexperienced workers, expensive, did not respect appointment times.”
“I called twice on the day of my appointment to confirm someone was still coming and I was told yes. My husband took off work to wait at home all day. At 4:45 I got a call saying no one was coming. I was upset and asked for a manager to call me. I was told someone wrote down all of this and would put it into the system. Two days later I called and there was no record I had ever called at all. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and I said I’m never calling them again.”
