“The initial technician was not experienced enough and made a mess of things. As a result, water went all over my bathroom floor. After WE cleaned up the mess, it was clear he did not know how to resolve the issue. I asked him to leave and to come back the next day with a senior technician. The next day the original technician and a senior technician arrived. After an hour or two, my plumping issue was resolved. However the baseboards in my bathroom are now warped due to the first technician.”
