“He is very polite and everything about him is great. I blame the weather for him not being able to get the furnace out yet, but I do want the old furnace out. He can put it on the curb if the town will take it, or he can take it away and try to sell the steel. I just want it out. He said he would take it away, so he needs to remove it. He hasn’t come back yet to take the old furnace out. It is still down there. He just took the burners, but he told me that he would come back to get the old furnace when the weather is better. He will need to come back for the rest of it because I can’t lift all of that weight. He did a good job, but it isn’t complete until the old furnace is out. I also want to ask him where I can get a filter for the new furnace. He has been very cooperative and I would recommend him to someone else.”
“We wanted them to come inside to fix the duct. The first guy did not have the right tools. The second time, they charged me $300 and left a hole in the ceiling. I spoke to the condo association today, and I have to have pay them $50 for cleaning the outside. This job has now cost me $350. Mighty Duct said that it would cost between $200- $300. It was at the top price, but with no elaboration as to why. They weren’t here for very long and I feel like they made up a number. They told me that they had to cut a hole in the ceiling to do the work. At the last minute, they said they do not fix it. Normally, if you have someone do a job, then they complete the whole job. I am not likely to recommend them.”
