But most everyone there knows who we are. But when they have turnovers, there's normally a little bumpy transition. We recommend them to all of our owners through our property management company.”

“The original call was for the toilet. I was telling him about a problem with a tub and it's original plumbing and fixtures. I told him that the tub just wasn't draining anymore and we were worried that the pipe had collapsed. He did some poking around and said that I shouldn't have had the duct tape over the drain hole because that piece rusted out our first month in the house. He poked a hole in that, and then he told us about this natural treatment and said we probably had trouble with roots and gunk in the plumbing. We went out, got the product for the treatment, and it worked. I'd give them an A+. I was very satisfied. My husband has already mentioned them to one of the neighbors.”
