Needed a new HVAC Unit. Called 2 companies in the "Best Picks Reports". Decided on Service Specialities, Inc. Competitive price on Trane unit and excellent customer service. They were able to schedule install within 5 days!! Exceptional work done during install. Truly 5 Stars. Friendly and informative installers, explained every step of process, left work area cleaner than before they arrived. Honestly, I cannot say Thank You enough to Service Specialities. I would highly recommend them for any/all your HVAC needs.

Brian provided outstanding service. He arrived between the specified times, was professional and courteous from the moment he arrived and took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC system. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.. What I appreciated the most was that he informed me about the services and maintenance options available without any pressure or sales tactics. He simply presented the information honestly and let me make my own decision. It's refreshing to work with a technician who is knowledgeable, respectful, and generally focused on providing excellent customer service. Brian is a great representative of Service Specialties and I would not hesitate to recommend both him and the company to anyone in need of HVAC service

We love this company! Our family switched to SSI for two properties to maintain for all our HVAC and water issues and we’re constantly impressed with their level of service! Recently had the HVAC unit go out on a condo and from start to finish it was great service. The lead technician tried everything they could to repair it but to no avail. The very next morning a consultant came to measure and fit a new unit as well as provide a temporary portable AC unit at no charge until the new unit arrived and was installed. When Eddie O. and his crew arrived they were prompt and efficient. Starting immediately and keeping me informed of their progress. Completed the install several hours ahead of schedule and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!!!

Hello! We recently had 2 pipes burst but we only needed our hot water pipe replaced and we had called many companies to get prices theirs was the most reasonable but it’s not all about price Mike H. Was a great help he was very funny and kind we are thinking about calling him again when anything breaks again thank y’all so much for the help! It was a great experience 5 stars! It’s also an old house they were very careful and just a genuine help for my grandfather who can no longer work on stuff like that.

Typical acenario: new sink in kitchen remodel. None of the old plumbing lined up in any dimension. Too complicated for a shade tree mechanic. SSI sent Mike and his apprentice Nick. In five minutes they sized the problem, developed an attack plan, and got busy. The result is a work of art that is clean, proper and will last many years trouble free. Mike even replaced leaking joints in my supply lines that O didn't realize we're there. Mike demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and professionalism. He and Nick were efficient, neat and courteous. SSI came through on a short timeline and knocked it out of the park.
