“Had a plumbing inspection done. The My Plumber tech that came out told us our pressure regulator was bad (so the house was over pressurized), and that the hot water header needed to be fully replaced. Had two other independent plumbing companies come out to replace the regulator and hot water heater, both said they were working fine... house was at the proper pressure so regulator was fine, hot water heater was also fine, just needed a new expansion tank. Very shady. Will not use My Plumber again for plumbing inspection or issues”

“I originally scheduled this appt for the day before and I stayed home all day (called 3 times) and no one ever called or showed up. It was only when I called at the end of the day after 4pm, did the customer service rep tell me they werent coming but she could schedule mefor first thing in the a.m. I used to be a big MyPlumber user up until 5-7 years ago when they started doing the same thing to me then. Customers should not be forced to stay home ALL day waiting on a technician. A window of time should be given, as most companies I have worked with. It is this reason alone that I do not have the trust in the company - I cannot depend on them to be there when they tell me they will be.”
