“I would recommend them for their work, but I am not happy with their lack of protection for damages. When you have a company do major work in your house that could cause damage, you would expect whatever insurance company they hire to cover damages. It is obvious when their insurance company is trying not to pay, and when they treat you like you are the guilty party. I called Interstate Enterprises Inc, and they said that they couldn't do anything about the damage done, but they could own up to their faults.”

“I liked that they returned my phone calls on time. They showed up on time. There was great communication. They were very professional. We just enjoyed working with them. It was very easy, and we are not in the area either, so that made it make very—the pipe from the main to our house needed to be replaced, so they had to dig up the yard, replace the pipes, and then put the yard back together. It was done and done well. I would grade them A+.”
