I recently had a water softener installed by Matt Plumbing, and I wanted to leave an honest review. First, Travis was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the installation. I really appreciated his attitude and the quality of his work. However, there are still a few parts of the job that appear unfinished. I was told he would return to add more rock to the drainage area and finish sealing/taping around the pipes, but I haven’t heard back yet. I also reached out to the company to schedule a follow-up visit and haven’t received a response so far. My main concern is the foundation underneath the water softener. There is exposed dirt around and beneath the unit, and I’m worried erosion could eventually cause it to shift or become unstable. Overall, the installation experience with Travis was great, but I would really like to see better follow-up communication and completion of the remaining work

I had a great experience working with Marcus from MET Plumbing. He was punctual and very respectful of my time, even sending a heads-up message before arriving, which I really appreciated. From the moment he got here, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. Marcus took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, and walk me through the solution before starting the work. He was patient with my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything being done. The quality of his work was excellent, and he completed the job efficiently without cutting corners. What stood out the most was his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was done right. It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable and trustworthy. I truly appreciate the level of service he provided. I would highly recommend Marcus and MET Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable and professional plumbing services. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future needs.

When my old garbage disposal suddenly died, I didn't know who to call - but I got REALLY lucky! A trusted friend strongly recommended I call MET Plumbing - and I'm SO glad I did! I got a next-day appt with "Markus," who was just terrific. He arrived on time, and was clearly very knowledgeable... He carefully assessed the situation, explained the different options, was extremely patient w my questions, didn't try to up-sell me, and left my kitchenspotless! And the was price was reasonable, too... I would definitely recommend the MET team.

Water leak in attic. Dorian Finn was our technician who provided a truly excellent service. With his experience we were able to quickly find the problem. He provided us options with strong sales pitch. Truly a breath of fresh air. Very professional and polite. We are a MET plumbing return client. With techs like Dorian we will continue. Thanks for being there.
