We discovered a drip in our hot water line in the kitchen this morning. Our first call was to MET Plumbing and they quickly got us on the list for service today and arrived much faster than we expected. Dorian was our service provider and was friendly, professional, and made a quick assessment of the issue. He was able to resolve our problem very quickly and got us back up and running. We’ve used MET a few times in the past and they have always been fantastic to work with and always reasonable on their pricing. Working with Dorian today is just another data point that reinforces why we continue to come back to MET when we have plumbing needs. Thank you Dorian and MET for your excellent service.

I recently had a water softener installed by Matt Plumbing, and I wanted to leave an honest review. First, Travis was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the installation. I really appreciated his attitude and the quality of his work. However, there are still a few parts of the job that appear unfinished. I was told he would return to add more rock to the drainage area and finish sealing/taping around the pipes, but I haven’t heard back yet. I also reached out to the company to schedule a follow-up visit and haven’t received a response so far. My main concern is the foundation underneath the water softener. There is exposed dirt around and beneath the unit, and I’m worried erosion could eventually cause it to shift or become unstable. Overall, the installation experience with Travis was great, but I would really like to see better follow-up communication and completion of the remaining work

Joshua Cruz is awesome!!! Came out quickly on a late night call after we realized we had a leak from our ceiling. He identified the issue fast and fixed it all in less than an hour. He was also extremely kind and polite and great with our puppy. I would highly recommend his service and am extremely grateful that he was able to help us.

Frank serviced my home and helped me understand the root of the problem. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail gave me confidence that the issue was being handled correctly. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Frank to anyone needing help with their home.

Bill was awesome! He was very detailed oriented and noticed things that no other company had that were actually really concerning. Not only was the price on the lower end of other bids that I received, it included more repairs than what I had originally asked for. Again Bill was great. Definitely followed through and was responsive and professional and I felt that he genuinely cared and took my situation and opinion into consideration. Now, the two men that came to do the work, Josh and Brian, were equally as wonderful. Kind, professional, efficient, informative and very very helpful. Patient and considerate. I feel confident in the quality of their work and trust that what they did was first class. Also because they showed me. They went above and beyond and I am very impressed with the company and the gentleman that I interacted with. I now have a go-to whenever I need help with the services that they provide.
