He was trying to get some things done before the limit for doing anything regarding work that would dig up the street, so he put mine back, but I had no problem with that. I had three companies come out and give me bids and talk to me. The person who did it immediately sounded very knowledgeable and gave me a good price on the work. We had a few unexpected things come up during the work. The line bent where we didn’t expect, but they dealt with that fairly well. I’d give them an A.”

“They were totally a failure. The guy, his name is Joe, he came in and cleaned the furnace. We asked the guy from woodwork because he said the furnace was dirty. We asked Winters to come in to clean it. He cleaned it, but when we asked another company to come and do the installation work, they said the CO reading was way too high. It was only one day later. We turned on the heat for one day, and then the guy who came to do the installation work said the meter reading said the CO was 2, something, but he said the maximum should be 1. Luckily we didn't die. We immediately called Joe to come back, and he checked the heater, and he found out that the heater wasn't working anymore. It wasn't working. He came to clean it, and it worked, so we turned it on for one day then the guy came and said the reading was 2, something. So Joe must've immediately shut down the heat. We were cold last week for three days. Eventually, we had to agree to the service of cleaning. He said he will come back another time, in about six months to clean it again. It's not working anymore after the service. We have to pay over five thousand dollars to buy a new heater. I don't know what we should do. We went to the insurance company today, and they said this is not covered.”
“Winters is horrible. First of all, they came and charged me $15 to do the drain work, but it didn't work, so they only charged me $1. I had somebody else come after them, do the work, and it worked fine. Winters was supposed to reimburse me my money, but I still haven't seen it.”

“My drain was backing up. I was happy to be able to do laundry. It was a floor drain that’s attached to my laundry room, so every time I tried to do laundry, water was coming up in the basement. I have not had any problems with this since they came in and fixed it. It works fine. If a friend or neighbor asked about the company, I would recommend them. I’d give them an A. I thought it was going to be a little bit cheaper than it was though.”
“They did some work for me. I actually had the problem again, so I called them again, but they refused to do the work. The first time was a positive experience, but for whatever reason, when I called them again, they told me I had to hire a different company to change my pipe. He was not 100 percent sure that we had to change it. Our drains were somewhat blocked, but no one actually came back. They said our equipment could be damaged, and that’s why they didn’t come back. It’s fixed now because I got another plumber. The first time, I had a very positive experience with this company. Whatever they did the first time, they sent a person here, and it was open, but he recommended that another company come and change the pipe. He said we would have to involve the city and everything, but I didn’t want to have that cost. After two or three months I called them, no one came; they said it might damage something, and that’s why they didn’t come. I would say they were excellent.”
