An updated post: the follow-on Winston Chimney Services team that was needed to repoint and rebuild the chimney and replace the corroded metal flue pipe came earlier this week. The team, led by Samuel C. and Oscar C., arrived promptly and worked diligently all day long and into the early evening, then came again for a second day. They did excellent work, were polite and communicative, and did a great job cleaning the work site both days before they left. I really appreciated their quality work and will definitely call on Winston again in the future, if needed.

We had a fantastic experience with Johnny and Jean! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything they were doing, and made sure our chimney was cleaned safely and completely. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. They left everything spotless and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. It’s not often you find a company with this level of honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable chimney cleaning company, I highly recommend Winston’s. We will definitely be using them again!

Great service by Adonay, Jose, Todd and the rest of the team. Relined two chimneys, repaired exterior and interior and installed a gas fire place. Courteous, professional and clean. We appreciated that they took their time to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend them.

Samuel, Jorge and Oscar are the excellent team that worked on my chimney cleaning away mold and vegetation, repairing mortar and applying water-repellent. They are professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They took photos of what they cleaned/repaired and sent them to me. They cleaned up after themselves and washed down my driveway and deck when they were finished. My chimney looks like as good as new.

Responsive, no-nonsense, professional, and thorough. Needed a custom-sized chimney chase cover fabricated and installed. After getting numerous quotes, I chose Chuck and Winston’s Chimney primarily based on recommendations from other roofing companies, noting their ability to fabricate in-house. Samuel and Jorge arrived promptly, were mindful of my home, and clearly knew their trade well. Samuel especially went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensured everything was installed properly, sharing before-and-after photos without hesitation. I’m grateful and thankful for the peace of mind Chuck and his crew at Winston’s Chimney have given me, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing chimney work.
