“We ordered custom carpets in early June 2021. The staff was helpful showing us how to order the carpets and showing us the many varieties of custom options available. Up to the point we placed the order we were satisfied with the customer service. However once the order was placed they all but forgot about us. The original delivery estimate was 8-12 weeks. It’s now late October and we’re “ hoping” for delivery before the end of 2021. While I do understand these delays may be beyond They’re control, communication has been almost nonexistent. Our calls requesting status on the order have resulted in little information. When we called, more often than not, no one knows anything about the order. Promises to call us back with info were usually broken—so we repeatedly called till we reached someone who was willing to dig up the info or make inquiries. The usual response was “that’s Lauren’s” department. We’ll have her call you back. She rarely did. Again, we know this is a difficult situation so if the rugs arrive in good condition by December, snd installation goes as expected we’ll upgrade our evaluation of your service.”

“Staff arrived for both pickup and drop off in a timely manner and were appropriately masked, etc. (during the height of the pandemic.) Upon return each of the carpets (one large - 18 x 22 ft, two runners, and one small foyer rug) were efficiently and carefully returned to the appropriate areas. Furniture needed to be handled at both pickup and return and all pieces were handled with great care.”
