I had a great experience with Appliance Care of Atlanta today. I reached out this morning and they were able to come out the same day to install my KitchenAid oven/microwave combo, which I really appreciated. Daniel was the technician who handled the install, and he was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was done quickly, everything was clean when he finished, and he took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’d definitely recommend Appliance Care of Atlanta and Daniel if you’re looking for reliable appliance installation and service.

Outstanding service. Oven died, ACA was able to schedule the following day, replace a board, and we were good to go. Russell was wonderful. Diagnosed the problem, walked us through our options, and fortunately had the part in the van we needed. So very pleased. Had already assumed the need for a replacement oven. Would definitely use/choose again. Highly recommended!

Called these guys for a timely repair and they gave same-day consultation options! Daniel came out and creatively fixed our refrigerator door and LED lights. He was great and I highly recommend! FYI, the consultation fee goes towards repair.

I was very pleased with the service that Neal provided. He called to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He was very professional. Our washer was repaired as expected. I would definitely recommend Neal and Appliance Care of Atlanta. Also, Mia took my initial call. She set the appointment and was very professional and friendly on the phone. Great company.

Super friendly and day of service. Mark tackled what would have taken me 3 1/2 hours about 30 min! Great guy seems to know the trade well. A little pricey but showed within a couple hours of calling. Would definitely use again or recommend if looking for a quick and proper fix!
