Needed a new HVAC Unit. Called 2 companies in the "Best Picks Reports". Decided on Service Specialities, Inc. Competitive price on Trane unit and excellent customer service. They were able to schedule install within 5 days!! Exceptional work done during install. Truly 5 Stars. Friendly and informative installers, explained every step of process, left work area cleaner than before they arrived. Honestly, I cannot say Thank You enough to Service Specialities. I would highly recommend them for any/all your HVAC needs.

Ben installed a new toilet in my mother’s home on March 4th and did a great job! At my mother’s annual inspection earlier this year, he pointed out the age of our previous toilet and said a new toilet would be more efficient. My mother had planned to replace that toilet, and he had all the information regarding purchase and installation through SSI. My mom thought the price was great, and appreciates the information Ben provided. This was an excellent way to accomplish this replacement with purchasing through SSI. My mom has a top floor condo, and she didn’t have to worry about getting a toilet up the stairs nor taking the old one out of her home. She will definitely call them again!

Mike is amazing! I lost hot water and he was sent out to help on an emergency call. Not only did he get my tankless system working again but he had the pleasure of being here when my floor drain started to backup. He stayed and worked for hours clearing the main drain line. He explained everything along the way, and provided options for next steps. He really went above and beyond to get everything running again. He’s a true pleasure to work with. I’ve been using SSI for over a decade and you guys never disappoint.

John R. did an excellent job during my AC tune-up. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions with clear knowledge and expertise. I especially appreciated that he focused on the service itself and did not try to oversell additional products or services. That level of honesty and professionalism means a lot to me. Typical acenario: new sink in kitchen remodel. None of the old plumbing lined up in any dimension. Too complicated for a shade tree mechanic. SSI sent Mike and his apprentice Nick. In five minutes they sized the problem, developed an attack plan, and got busy. The result is a work of art that is clean, proper and will last many years trouble free. Mike even replaced leaking joints in my supply lines that O didn't realize we're there. Mike demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and professionalism. He and Nick were efficient, neat and courteous. SSI came through on a short timeline and knocked it out of the park.
