A lot of these guys come out and say, 'We are really busy, but I can fix it for you,' and then they try to overcharge you. Parrish didn't do that—they came out to fix it temporarily, said they would get the unit out there, and confirmed the price and everything we'd agreed on. They were pretty straightforward, and they came out when they were supposed to come out. They got the furnace back up and running with no problem. They got it done in a timely fashion—they fixed the air right then, but then they came back out and replaced the unit within two or three days. When they came in, they put on shoe covers and all that stuff. I would give them an A rating.”
