We had paid almost $200 the month before for an hour's labor with a different technician—he did not fix the fireplace. Stan diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes., fixed it, and the fireplace has worked well ever since.”

My number # complaint is that they always recommend a service(s) that are nice to do, but not necessary. Usually they cost $500+. I believe in PM, but not in fixing things that aren't broken. This time they wouldn't put in my replacement humidifier filer because they want me to take out a another contract for my humidifier. This is something new.”
