Before the summer comes, they make sure your air conditioning is all set to go, not malfunctioning; same thing with the heating system before winter comes. They're pretty on the ball. They installed my whole house electric generator and they do maintenance on that every year. And they do any plumbing or electrical work that needs to be done but very rarely does that need to be done. I'd give them an A+. I would recommend them.”

They do all the twice-a-year maintenance—services for the winter and the summer. They've always been pretty punctual, and when they say they're going to show up, they do. Typically, I've always had a different guy come, but it's always someone very polite and professional. They recommend things and show me issues, but no one's ever tried to upsell me or push any products on me, and I feel like you get that a lot with HVAC companies. They've always been very honest. They don't work on commission—they're all salaried employees, so they don't have the pressure to upsell you. I would grade them an A.”

They were pretty straightforward, and they came out when they were supposed to come out. They got the furnace back up and running with no problem. They got it done in a timely fashion—they fixed the air right then, but then they came back out and replaced the unit within two or three days. When they came in, they put on shoe covers and all that stuff. I would give them an A rating.”
