“Did not give me even an approximate quote on the phone. Charged me $50 just to tell me how much it will cost to fix the problem. Which was $750. I got that fixed the same day in $240 by another plumber.”

“The service was different from what I heard when I made the appointment. I was surprised when the gentleman came to look at it. He said he needed additional money to investigate. I explained when I made the appointment what was happening and what needed to be done. Evidentially, there was a miscommunication between him and his office.”

“The problem wasn't resolved. I called and had them come over. I told them about the issue and what I did. He got an estimate and I told him we can go ahead with it. He would have to recalculate and remove the toilet. He said there wasn't a clog. He said it was my toilet. It had low pressure. I told him that water goes down with no problem at all. I took his advice. He tried again to get the clog out and there wasn't one. He told me the toilet was the issue. He is the expert and should've known the issue right away instead of calculating all of these charges. It wasn't plugged. He left my bathroom a mess. I had to clean that up. He took all of the caulk off and didn't replace it. The toilet isn't tightened down properly like it was. It was all messy.”
