“The service was very good. Got in/out in a timely manner.”

“The person who came "Marcus" came looked at our toilet which has water running into the tank. He acted as though he was looking at a space ship. After several phone calls he told us that My Plummer did not work on this kind of pressurized tanks. My Plummer sold us the toilet but now says they do not work on them! I ask that he have his supervisior call me and he said he would call after the holiday. Labor day came and went and I have still not received a call. He charged us a fee that I believe should be refunded. $99. Since I told the people who made the appointment that the tank was pressurized and if they knew that they did not work on them they could have told me over the phone. There was no reason to send someone out. They could have told me that they would need to order a tank and give me an estimate of the cost.”

“I have absolutely no idea, since you have given me no clue about which My Plumber visit you want reviewed- the HVAC inspection, the capacitor replacement, the grinder pump replacement, the visit to secure a pipe that was banging against my heating duct????? the only thing I didn't appreciate is when I called about a basement full of water, I had to have some "plugged line" guy come out and verify I had a problem and he tried to tell me my septic tank was too full (funny, none of the upstairs bathrooms, washing machine or sinks had any problem draining into the same septic tank). But on the whole my experiences are usually very good and I have no problem singing the My Plumber Plus praise song.”

“I think their prices are high, but My Plumber Plus is reliable. The work was done the way it was supposed to be, but there were a lot of things I was not happy with. When they came to fix the toilet, they should have told me the flange needed to be replaced. They charged me for two appointments. They put caps on, but My Plumber Plus was not reliable in showing up on time the second day.”

“Way overpriced for a simple fix. I was quoted $1k for a full fix, and $700 for a partial fix. $627 to install a new connection to kitchen gray water (oh, a big $62.70 discount for that---EVEN THE PART AND MATERIALS COSTS LESS THAN THAT!!!); $197 FOR A 1 1/2" ADAPTER INSTALLED (wow, are you people gouging people!!!); and $557 for "new accesss to grey water installation (parts for that---$57!!!)”
