“New/replacement install in July 2015. First rate on equipment and installation. We had a tight spot to put the new air handler in, but the installers figured it out. The first digital thermostat wasn't working properly, and the original technician that installed it really didn't know what he was doing. I asked for someone else to come out to fix it, and he was right on target. Recognized it was a faulty thermostat. We had a new one in just a few days. With the HVAC install, we were supposed to have a one-year maintenance agreement. That never got set up. When I realized this and contacted M.E. Flow about 10 months later, they fixed it and set us up for the following year as a replacement. Overall, we are very happy so far.”

The son did most all the talking, but they were very cordial and very pleasant, and they showed me everything. They were just nice all the way around, they didn't leave a mess, and they looked like they knew what they were doing. I was here with them in the same room from seven o'clock in the morning until they left here, just about three o'clock in the afternoon. I've got nothing but good things to say about them. They put in a brand-new furnace for me.”
