I had to fight M.E. Flow to acknowledge an installation problem that was literally sitting in front of them. They installed a Carrier water-source heat pump in my Arlington condo in October 2025. The written scope included a new pan, water safety switch, and warranty/maintenance coverage. After installation, the unit was extremely loud, pushed too close to the wall on the return/filter side, and missing the auxiliary pan listed in the scope. For months, I was told nothing was wrong. They even sent the original installer back to inspect his own work twice, and both times he said everything was fine. It honestly felt like being gaslit over something obvious. Only after repeated calls, photos, follow-ups, and escalation did M.E. Flow finally acknowledge the issue. They came back, added the missing pan, and moved the unit about 7 inches from the wall — proving the original setup was not acceptable. Now they still owe me written confirmation of the warranty extension I was told I would receive because the unit ran for months in that condition. They corrected part of the problem, but I should not still be chasing accountability. People should be aware and concerned over their behavior -- they avoid you and screen you and gaslight you. No decency. No accountability.

Kiyan and his team replaced our HVAC system today and I’m very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The installation was done efficiently, with great attention to detail. The crew respected the property, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was tested before leaving. I’ve been using M.E. Flow since 2017, and they have always done an excellent job. Their consistency and professionalism give me confidence every time. Highly recommended!

I chose this company because I had used them previously and had a good experience, but my experience with the new system over the past two years has been very different. I was also enrolled in their “priority” service program, but in practice this didn’t translate to reliable scheduling. On multiple occasions I was given service windows such as 12–5 PM, only for technicians to arrive much later in the evening (7–8 PM). From the initial install, there were problems. The ductwork was done incorrectly and caused condensation that led to water coming through the ceiling, which required them to send technicians and contractors to repair the damage. Over the next two years, I repeatedly reported system issues and was told it was things like “your filter,” framing the problems as maintenance-related rather than system issues. Service visits were then billed accordingly, but the system ultimately had wiring and communication problems that were never properly diagnosed. At no point did I see them use the thermostat’s diagnostic tools or system data to troubleshoot the issue, which would have been expected on a communicating system. These issues affected staging and overall system behavior and should have been caught much earlier. At one point, the system had a significant oil loss event, which led to the heat pump being replaced. After that, I was told no further checks were needed, which is not an acceptable response given the severity of that type of failure. To make matters worse, the replacement heat pump was never properly registered, leaving the warranty at 5 years instead of the expected 10. I had to discover that myself. I was also quoted approximately $1,000 to replace two UV bulbs in the system. The bulbs themselves cost roughly $100 total, and the replacement took only a few minutes per bulb. This pricing did not seem reasonable. The overall pattern was repeated installation issues, misdiagnosis of system problems as maintenance-related, questionable pricing, and lack of follow-through. I’ve since had to escalate through Lennox and move to a different dealer. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to verify all work, diagnostics, and documentation.

I am a former AIR PLUS customer that transitioned to M.E. Flow. They seem to have a lack of balance in skilled technicians. On a side note, they seem to really want to sell you a new HVAC if yours has some years on it, no matter how well it's performing. I once had humidifier replacement service done, and the tech that came out was A+. Later I'd have a tech come out to investigate an error that was popping up on the thermostat, when we began using it again on the first hot day of the year. I told the tech the issue, and the tech went out and looked at the outdoor unit 5 minutes and said that the system board was out and that my AC needed to be replaced because the system is old and the board can't be purchased anymore . I asked him to show me the problem, I had to see it with my own eyes before facing this kind of cost. Upon looking at the board, I noticed that the error indicator light was flashing in a pattern. I asked what it meant and the tech told me it's a standby light. The tech called another gentleman to come over to quote me for a new HVAC (from $15k~$23k). He was there before we made it to the front yard. I found it odd that he was so close already. Well, none of this felt quite right, my unit worked fine last year with no issues, and my spider sense was going nuts. While it is possible, I had trouble believing the AC system board failed while not being used. So I called another company to come out for a second opinion. They came in and first thing they did was check system logs. Turns out those flashing lights was an error code. I had a slight refrigerant leak and the compressor triggered pressure errors and halted the system as a self-preservation measure. The leak got addressed and they refilled the unit. I've been up and running ever since. Saved thousands of $$$. Lesson to all, trust your gut and if you have doubts sometimes it's worth the cost to get a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars. I won't be renewing my maintenance agreement with this company.

STAY AWAY! This company sold us an overpriced HVAC/Humidifier which continued to have issues all year long. Including flooding into our rec-room, damaging our carpet and walls. Management lied about compensating us for our out of pocket expenses. It's been six months and manager Ed Collins repeats the same lies over and over, that's when he's made to return out calls. Mostly he sends us to his voicemail. No compensation, no accountability, completely unacceptable!
