We realized it was a MAJOR issue, and CM had a salesperson out the next day to discuss solutions. We decided on a plan, had to wait a day or two to get materials together, but the CM crew was in house post haste and did a fantastic job of installing a new gas furnace and HVAC in a day. I direct them to the designated areas and observe them during there application of the spray. They are courtesy and always ask if there is anything else needed. Sign papers and they are gone.”
