We had an issue with our Unico high velocity blower and received an incorrect diagnosis, along with a massive estimated replacement cost, from another HVAC company. I decided to go to the Unico website to find one of their preferred contractors for a second opinion. After checking Google reviews and some Reddit threads, I decided to give Unique Indoor Comfort a try, and am so happy I did. Bill was supremely knowledgeable and the utmost professional. He confirmed my suspicion that the diagnosis we had received from the other HVAC company was incorrect, And was able to get our system back up and running for far less than what they had quoted. Every interaction I had with Bill, with his apprentice, and with the folks in the office was excellent. Highly recommend these folks.

Bill has worked on my HVAC systems for years now. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and always helpful (including easy-to-understand explanations in layman’s terminology). He is mindful of our pets. Today, he was able to diagnose a less-typical issue in a timely manner. The diagnosis charge was warranted given the amount of time that was required to identify the problem. Had it been a simpler issue, that charge might have felt high. The cost of the labor for the fix was reasonable, and he kept to the estimate, which he had provided in advance of the work. I am satisfied that the issue is resolved and will stay that way.

Brian, Bruce and Brandon from Unique Indoor Comfort took the lead for the installation of a high velocity AC and heat pump combo in my 1875 house. They were prompt, knowledgeable, ensured they only made modifications were approved of and made sure we understood how to work the system. Ryan was my initial point of contact from Sales and did a great job in spec'ing out our needs and providing a detailed breakdown of costs. Chet and Tevoy finished the installation and configuration of the thermostat and made sure all of our questions were answered. These systems are notoriously difficult to install and- if done improperly - can result in a huge waste of time and money. This is the reason I went with Unique Indoor Comfort as opposed to other companies - for their experienced staff and domain expertise for high velocity Uniico installations. They are a top notch service provider and are worth every penny.

Chet the technician that service our system was very knowledgeable and quick with all our questions. His work was quite thorough in all his inspections on our unit. We are very pleased and definitely will highly recommend him to anyone that needs some service to be done.

Tevoy was excellent. He showed up on time and took great care of annual preventative maintenance on our furnace and even had protective coverings for his boots. I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. They were great installing the furnace and hot water tank and our first service was so easy.
