Brian, Bruce and Brandon from Unique Indoor Comfort took the lead for the installation of a high velocity AC and heat pump combo in my 1875 house. They were prompt, knowledgeable, ensured they only made modifications were approved of and made sure we understood how to work the system. Ryan was my initial point of contact from Sales and did a great job in spec'ing out our needs and providing a detailed breakdown of costs. Chet and Tevoy finished the installation and configuration of the thermostat and made sure all of our questions were answered. These systems are notoriously difficult to install and- if done improperly - can result in a huge waste of time and money. This is the reason I went with Unique Indoor Comfort as opposed to other companies - for their experienced staff and domain expertise for high velocity Uniico installations. They are a top notch service provider and are worth every penny.

Tevoy was excellent. He showed up on time and took great care of annual preventative maintenance on our furnace and even had protective coverings for his boots. I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. They were great installing the furnace and hot water tank and our first service was so easy.

We’ve been extremely disappointed with the reliability of our unico system. It’s only about 4 years old, yet it has already required 1–2 major repairs per year since installation. Now we’re being charged another $650 in labor, on top of a $289 diagnostic charge, for a repair on a part that is supposedly still under warranty. Unless this is an unusually time-consuming repair, that labor charge feels excessive. More importantly, when a major component fails under warranty, customers should not be stuck paying such high replacement costs just to install the warranted part. A warranty should provide meaningful protection, not just cover the physical component while leaving homeowners with large labor bills every time something fails. For a relatively new system to have this many significant issues is very frustrating and has seriously hurt our confidence in the product and service experience.

We had a service back in 2019. We were impressed by the technician’s attitude and ability. This time 2025 we had Bill for another service on a furnace problem. We saw the same in Bill and even better. Bill is patient and detail oriented. He performed a good job to replace the broken part and hooked the system up running smoothly.

Service techs were polite and considerate. It was pouring so they did not enter through my residence, but used a basement entry. They did a thorough job of servicing all components of my HVAC system and made sure all was working before leaving. I am once again pleased with Ace/Unique.
