“We made the appt for a cooling system check of our upstairs system.Technician cleaned the coils in the outdoor compressor/fan unit but said he didn't need to check the associated unit/drain pan in the attic (it was hot). I asked him to check refrigerant pressure/level but he said he didn't have the right key.”

“The technician that My Plumber Plus sent to my house was very friendly in the initial visit, but in the follow-up, they didn't complete the work to clean the dryer vent. Another company had come out. There were two or three years worth of lint in the dryer vent. While everyone was friendly, they don't know what they are doing with the dryer vent. We want a refund but cannot get in touch with a manager.”

“The plumber that came here, Cristian Tobar, was very professional, knowledgeable, and everything I asked him to do he did. I am 81 years old and handicapped. I got rid of the internet. I asked him if he had any coupons. He gave me all of the coupons that I qualified for, and took the time to do that. He helped me go on the website to see what I would qualify for. He was very helpful in that respect. He was excellent. He did a thorough job of cleaning, and he was very pleasant. I would like him to come back again if I have have to call My Plumber Plus. I use www.checkbook.org. It is a non profit organization for consumers. If I need a plumber or surgeon I can find them on there. I have found surgeons to use by the recommendations of other people like me. They send me a booklet four times a year with the numbers of plumbers. I has 12 question long surveys where we rate the companies. This is how I find an organization like you, because, people like me will say who are good and who are bad. I get my surgeons through there. I do not do people recommending surgeons because they complain a lot. This is a very good tool that everyone should use.”

“I had an appointment scheduled for June 19th. No one showed up and no one called to reschedule. You may note the date that this survey was submitted (July 9th). The appointment was for a follow-up after an installation of a new system that was never completed. It seems that "My Plumper" took my money, did a half job, then ran off.”

“Hard to say if I'd recommend as I've only used for one plumbing issue years ago and for A/C this time. I didn't have any issues either time except for other products and/or services offered which I consider pricey. Of course you have the option of excepting them or not.”

Everything was completed without extra surprises as he was very thorough with his inspection and he was able to get the jobs done efficiently. Everything has worked great so far.”

“We have been paying for twice a year service and it wasn’t being provided. This unit is less than 3 years old and the motor had to be replaced. Each time we’ve called to report a problem, they only check the unit with the problem and not the whole system. We only got this new unit at their recommendation. We NEVER had these problems with our previous unit AND NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR EACH UNIT SEPARATELY WHEN THEY WERE SERVICED!!!”

“These guys (and girls) have done 3 different jobs for me. Every time I felt that the price was incredibly reasonable (the first time, they charged me literally 1/4 of what another company quoted me), they sincerely cared about my problem and wanted to help me as soon as possible, and the people who came to work on my home were extremely kind, caring, and they took the time to teach me what I needed to know as a new homeowner. I plan to continue using their services for everything that they can do for me in the future.”
