I never called back though, I just forgot it. They just did window cleaning. I would grade the overall experience with an A, except for missing the windows.”

They had to come in with ladders, and they were very respectful of the interior of the house, as they were with the exterior, so they were good folks. I only had them the one time. I would grade the overall experience with an A—I might even say A+, because whenever they have to come into the interior of the home with the big ladders, they take care and watch out for the furniture. They did a great job; it covers all of the above. They were here on time, and they did it all. We actually asked them to do a couple of extra windows, and they did. I already have recommended them.”

My son looked at my windows and said, ‘you need to have your windows cleaned.’ I had some very high areas, but he never complained. I thought it was reasonable; it was in the higher $3s. I would grade them an A. He came when he was supposed to and he was courteous.”
