“Windows are nice. Looking forward to them in nicer weather. The install team eas nice and efficient and did not makr a mess of our house. The 3 is for overly aggressive sales techniques and the exploding offer type situation of the pricing. Additional communication after the sales pitch was not good. 2 install dates were missed with 1 having no communication until I called and asked what was going on. Also we were told there would be a quality inspection and have heard nothing about this and we are now 4 weeks out from the install.”
