“They did a wonderful job on replacing my windows. I would definitely recommend them for that purpose. I was not completely happy with the finished product when they replaced my gutters and have asked several times to have an invoice sent to my email; not thru the app. Still waiting”

“The crew did not clean up or take care of the area where the windows were installed. They scrapped the walls that we are going to have to repaint. They left nails and screws in the driveway where we park. The crew left trash all over our front yard and through out our house. The quality manager never submitted the request for the 2 windows that were broke and we still have not heard back from them 2 weeks after the install about getting the windows fixed.”

“The services are way overpriced, the salesmen use scare tactics to sell jobs, the workers are unable to communicate with homeowners due to being foreigners, the workers arrived 3 hours late and worked in the pitch black for 3 hours to finish the job, the workers did not pick up any nails/screws/scrap metal from my yard or driveway, and the workers caused problems with my house that did not exist prior to Power Home Remodeling working on my house.”
