Worn deteriorating trim and Facia boards not replaced during siding and trim installation even though customer requested it, and it was pointed out as problem needing repairs. Badly worn areas replaced after call back.”

However I had the following issues, The installation team hide damage done to the downspout with my trash can to cover the area. After notifying power home and sending pictures of proof of damage I was told by the reviewer " you cannot prove they damaged it" and "you could fix it yourself it shouldn't be hard" All I was offered was a 30 dollar refund "which I have yet to receive" to fix it myself. The old basement window and a black spray bottle was left behind by the crew and I needed to dispose of it myself.”

“After doing the work process, I told the quality person, Meagan, who visited my home, that one of the guys and I watched them pull out the screws, and instead of using a drop cloth, he didn't, and he just started walking on top of it, and I said that is going to hurt the floor, and he said something in Portuguese, which was probably impolite. He was the one spray foaming around the door, and I could see six spots where you could see daylight. I went upstairs to the foreman, and he said something, and I showed him the spots. If I didn't look at it, I wouldn't have known about it. I pointed it out to Meagan, the quality control person. Also, I noticed a day or so afterward when the supervisor on the job put the lock on the door on the inside, the lock goes to the left to be locked and to the right to unlock, the plate has scratches, and I didn't check when he felt. This is a brand-new lock, and I could take a picture and send it.”

“I do not think that each person from Power Home Remodeling that comes to your house has the whole picture. The guy that came to measure and sell us the windows, told us that they would clean all of them once they were installed. They do not do that. I said something to the installers, and he informed me that they do not do that. They ended up cleaning a few of the windows, but not all of them that had handprints and glue on them. Either everyone knows that they clean the windows, or they do not clean the windows. Even with finance, I could not find the number to call and was told that within a week of the installation, someone would call me and I could pay off the loan without interest being added. When no one called me, I called them and was charged some interest. You just don't tell customers one thing and another happens, people do not like that. Some even find it upsetting.”

“When the estimation was made they didn't say they werent going to change out the wood around the windows. Then when second guy came out, he said that the wood was good enough and if I wanted it changed then Id need to pay more. Not something that was previously discussed. The wood is warped. The casing around the window wasn't installed, don't understand why. And the final touch up work looks pretty bad. Finger smears every where, trash in the silicone. Wasn't impressed. On the door, as they were taking off the old door, they banged my ceiling, then installed the door with the wrong handles. I told both the estimators which handles I wanted and they didn't get it right. (I have the paperwork that says which handles they are supposed to be) they either dinged the door or something but they took some paint off on the front, and side of the door. Pretty noticeable spots. (have pictures). The door has a little trouble shutting. You have to forcefully shut the door for the upper lock to work properly. Honestly not impressed and as a guy that's worked in construction, I've personally done better then them. On top of all that, the crew was late. I was told they would arrive around 1ish, they arrived at 4. Even in the original time frame (1-3pm) the crew missed that.”

“The reason why I woulds not recommend them to a friend is because of all the delays. They kept promising they were coming to do it and my husband and I took time off from work and no windows. They got the wrong size, which delayed it even more, for over a month.”
