“They replaced a window that they put in a couple of years ago. It had a problem with the seal, so they replaced it. I'd give them an A+. I also had my gutters redone, and we had a new kitchen window put in. They stand behind their work. They replaced my window when I had an issue.”
“I'd give them an A+. Every step we had to go through was good. They did a door window downstairs. We wanted to do the window, but then we figured it's more important the one downstairs, and it actually feels really, really warm compared to last year in winter.”
“They've done all of the windows in our house now. We just had some additional windows done—bedroom windows, picture windows in the basement, living room. The whole house is done. I'd give the experience an A+.”

“The quality of the product is really good. The second time, we used them because of the quality of the project they did the first time. They replaced a front door. I would rate them an A for no complaints.”
“They came out a couple of days later and redid the door because it wasn't put in properly. I would rate them as an A because they came and fixed the problem right away—it was just a minor thing.”
“I liked the fact that they have AAA people who are checking on not only the work and services, but also the scheduling and the follow up. They send someone out to do the scheduling and set up the job. Then, there's another team of people who do the work when they say they're going to do it, and they send out a follow-up person to make sure the job has been done completely—I really appreciate that. This was the second time I'd used them. The first time, I used them to put ten windows on my house. The second time, they installed a sliding door. After I used them the first time, I chose them to finish up the job. I have no complaints.”
“I liked the overall customer service and their attention to detail—they made sure we were satisfied. I chose them because of their rates, and because they offer a lifetime guarantee on their products that's transferrable if we sell the house. They did a front door, back door, and main window. I would rate them an A.”
“They did the job quickly, and it seems to be working well. They're good people—there's no negative stuff going on. There were two projects; they did six windows upstairs, and then a month or two later, they did four windows downstairs. I would say they're an A.”

“Power Home Remodeling Group has done a good amount of work for me. They installed four windows recently. I like their professionalism, and they do quality work. The guy was very informative and sociable, and he explained the work. I would give them an A.”
“My salesperson and the installers were very thorough and courteous. They were on time, and they were done within the time frame they said they would be done in. They did an excellent job. They did my windows, and I would grade them as an A.”

They're the best company in the world. They're absolutely wonderful. Every experience that I've had with them from the first contact has been terrific. They're professional, extremely competent, and respectful. I can't say anything bad about them, and I can't say good enough things. They replaced about 14 of my windows. My energy bills over the winter have dropped by at least two thirds. Their product is terrific. They were honest; they were very clear when they came in about what it was, what it would cost—everything. When I have more windows, I'll be getting them to do them. I have 27 windows in the house. I have a big, old Victorian house, and I teach piano here. After the job was done, the students were saying, 'Where's the icy wind? It's comfortable in here. What happened?' They're an A+.

I think they're absolutely awesome—very clean, very cordial, very good. The cleanliness was most memorable. They did windows for me. The first time they did eleven, the second time five, and we should be calling them back in the next six months for the next windows. We have, unfortunately, 45 windows all together. The communication with customer service was very good. The workers are very efficient about their work. The windows are holding up well. They're an easy A.

Power Home Remodeling put in a couple of replacement windows on our porch. It was last summer or this fall—somewhere around there. I've got to give them an A1 performance; I'm very satisfied with their work. I was impressed with the efficiency of it—they came, they did the work, they cleaned up, and they were gone. So far, the work has held up. I would use this company again. I would have to give them an A because they performed their work, and I was very satisfied with it.

I had a great experience. Power Home Remodeling put in, like, eight different windows all over the house—some in the basement, some in the first floor—and made them work. Customer service was wonderful. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. I would give them an A.

I got 11 windows installed by Power Home Remodeling. They were very professional, and I liked the work that was done; I'm very satisfied. The job has held up very well so far. They were hardworking when they came out to do the work, and it was brutally hot. They cleaned up after themselves; they even used a HEPA filter in the vacuum because my home is old, and the original paint is probably lead. Their customer service was wonderful. I would give them an A.

The windows Power Home Remodeling installed are gorgeous. I had windows that were, like, 70 years old in my house. They came in, and now, the windows keep the heat and sound out. It is really a pleasure. They did wonderful work. The crew was very good; they put in 16 windows within a day. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly; I didn't have to do a thing. They get an A.

I think they lived up to everything they promoted themselves to be. All the materials were impressive as well. They replaced all of my nine windows for me late last year, and they did this in stages. I started off with just only two windows getting replaced. They were so wonderful that I ended up resigning with them to do all of the windows. They came to the house and gave me a demo on the product. I have to admit the product demo blew me away. I liked the strength of their windows. I have an old house, and when they first installed the first two windows, it was amazing the difference between how much quieter and cooler everything was. The window itself was the part that sold me. The window reduces the amount of light that comes in, so it keeps it cooler. The same thing for the winter; it just keeps it much more moderate than it has ever been before in the house, and it's much quieter. The sound difference is amazing. I would definitely use them again. I would rate them an A+.

It was wonderful. They put in about 16 windows. They're wonderful; I love them. I live in a 100-year-old house, so having new windows was wonderful. They're an A+—no problem. Everything was timely and worked out fine—no problems at all.

They installed a sliding glass door in November. The installation was excellent. I didn't have anything I wasn't happy with, and I never had to call them back out. I would absolutely refer them to others. I would rate them the highest rating—an A+.

I'm very happy with the work Power Home Remodeling did for me. They did two jobs for me; they replaced 15 normal windows and two sliding doors. The quality of work was good. The workers were very professional, very courteous, and considerate—not sloppy or messy in any way, shape, or form. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again. They're an A.

Power Home Remodeling Group did my kitchen, and I'm very pleased with it. I needed it done, and they came at the right time. I'm enjoying the windows, where I can open a window in my kitchen. I was pleased with everything. They finished the job same day. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They would be an A grade.

Power Home Remodeling did two levels of windows on my three-story home. They did two levels on two different dates. They came out last May, and the one before that was in October. They were efficient, and they have a good product. I would say they're an A.

I had a good experience with the company. They did windows for me. They're very good quality. I would use them in the future. They're an A.

Power Home Remodeling Group put on a door and installed a window. Everything is holding up very well. The workers who came out and did the work were very congenial and friendly. I would give them an A.

The job they completed for me was windows. It was in April or May, I think. They did a good job. The technicians who came out were hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable. They were conscientious of children and pets that were in the area, and they finished their work in a reasonable amount of time. I would use this company again. I give them an A.

Power Home Remodeling installed a slider in our back door to replace the one that we had, and we're very happy with the product. Excellent—has had no problems. We had no need to call them back, but were told, if there was a problem, the product is fully guaranteed. I'm very happy with both the quality of the product and the service that came along. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. There was a big hole in the side of my house, and they left everything very neat and clean; they picked up after themselves. There was dust and things like that that I had to do, and we were responsible for painting the molding around the door. They very gently took off the molding that was there and then put it back on, but we had to do the repainting. We were told all about that up front, and I would most definitely recommend them. They finished their work in a reasonable amount of time. They were quick—in and out—and I would do it again if I had to. I would call them once again. I would give them an A.

I had a positive experience with them. They put windows in my sun porch all the way around. They did good, quality work. The technicians were hardworking. They're excellent—an A. I have no complaints.

I had a positive experience with Power Home Remodeling Group. They installed seven windows. They were really quick, and I trusted them. I let them in my house for a couple hours, and they got everything done. The guys who were out here were really nice. They came back and made sure everything was finished. There was something they did at a later date, and they came back and made sure that everything was fine and that there weren't any leaks or anything. They made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. They were great. The windows themselves look and work great. I didn't really have to spend a lot of time with customer service, so I guess that was good. They were able to answer my questions and schedule everything in my time frame. I would give them an A.

Power Home Remodeling put in some windows for me over a period of about three years. We didn't have all our windows put in at once—they did two, then they did some more, and then they did some more. Every time, they did just exactly what they said they would, when they would, and how they would. We really love our windows. I didn't have any problems communicating with the crew—not at all. They were definitely respectful of our home. I would say they're an A. I would certainly refer them to my family and friends.

Power Home Remodeling did seven windows and a part of the bad roof. They were respectful to me. Good cleanup and everything. They're reliable. They tell you what time they're coming, and if they're running late, they call and say they're running a few minutes late. They finished the work on time. I would grade them an A.

It was done during the coldest time of the year, and they were pretty fast doing what they did. Power Home Remodeling replaced all the windows in the house, and then, they came back later and replaced the patio doors. For the windows, it was kind of chilly. In fact, I forget what the temperature was; it was done in November. Then, the patio door was done, I think, in early January, and it was another cold day. I compensated by hanging plastic inside the house, so it blocked off the one room where they were working. That took care of that—no problem there. What made me so happy was just the way they were working. They took all the windows out first, and then, they took all their measurements for the trim work and everything. They had to make the trim, and one guy did that. While he was doing that, the other guys were cleaning up everything, and they were very efficient. I'd give them an A.

I had triple-pane, glass windows put in 20 years ago, and several of them—about eight of them—were going bad, and Power Home Remodeling replaced them. Then, they came back and capped all the windows. It was very good. They cleaned up and really did a good job with everything. They did good, quality work—it really looks nice. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. It rained on a Monday, and they said, 'We're not going to finish up today. We're going to have to come back tomorrow.' They were there; they were good guys. They did really well. I'd give them an A.

Power Home Remodeling just did windows for me in the last year or two. They finished the job in an appropriate amount of time. It went well, so I would use them again. I'd give them an A. There was one screen that was broken, but they took care of that promptly for me.

We love the work Power Home Remodeling did. They installed all new windows in our house a little over a year ago. They had done the main majority of the windows in April of 2011, I believe. Then, they came back later, in the fall, and they replaced a couple of windows and our sliding door downstairs. The gentleman who came out was very cordial. The crew was very nice and kind, and they worked as fast as they could. They cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure everything was OK. They assured us that, since we have the warranty, we should make sure we call and let them know if anything should happen. We have no complaints, and if we get anything else done in the future, we would definitely come back to Power Home Remodeling. I would grade them an A.

They put windows in for me in my living room and bedroom last year in May. Then, I got the second ones in June. It's going well—I do see a decrease in my gas bill. The technicians were pleasant people; I had conversations with them while they were working. They were very careful of your furniture and stuff, and they made sure they got everything up. They put down drop cloths while they were working around the window, and they cleaned up well. This is a company I would recommend to others. I'd give them an A.

They did windows, and we had a good experience. I would say they're an A grade.

I was really satisfied with Power Home Remodeling's work. They did new windows and doors. I thought the quality of the work they did was great. I didn't have any communication problems with the crew they sent out—none at all. They finished the work in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was an A.

They replaced all the windows in my home about a year ago. They did good, quality work. The workers were great; we were joking around with them as a guest. I really didn't mind having them at my home. They seemed to be competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their cleanup was good. Everything was absolutely great. I'd give them an A.

Power Home Remodeling replaced a window that was put in ten to fifteen years ago. The window company that originally put it in didn't really settle the boards in there right because it kind of got condensation in between. The window shifted, so I had condensation in between the panes. When I had them redone by Power Home Remodeling, they put in a kind of chain pulley that holds the window up. I don't know if the other company didn't have that feature or what. I noticed the window shifted when I had work done to my house. I had an addition put on, and when they were redoing my siding, they were going around the window, and they noticed that the bay window had dropped a little bit. They're the ones that kind of brought that to my attention. I just thought that the window was dirty. I couldn't see out of it; it was a little cloudy. I thought I'd washed the window inside. 'OK, if it's not inside, I'll go outside.' But then, that's when I noticed it was in between the window. Power Home Remodeling replaced that one bay window for me. I was very happy with what they did for me. I would give them an A+, because I didn't have any problems with them once they put it in.

Power Home Remodeling replaced six windows and a sliding door for me. I'm very happy with the work they did—very satisfied. A couple of things impressed me. They were very professional when they came in. They came in, and they did the job, and they made sure they did it right. It took a little longer than they expected, but they wanted to make sure it was done in the best way possible. I'm very happy with the quality of the windows. The sales guy who came and did the presentation, which made my decision to go ahead and replace the windows with the company, did a wonderful job. His presentation was very great. I would give them an A+.
