“Your customers should be able to communicate easily with the installers. At least one on the team should be capable of coherent english. They had to resort to using their phones for translation purposes multiple times. Maybe hire US workers. They were also planning to leave without putting the top capping on the window until I insisted. They also did not fully pick up debris on the front lawn. The installation itself was an overall good job.”

“Let’s say it all started with Roman! He’s great!! He knows his stuff. Down to earth, professional and I felt like we could sit there and talk for hours. That’s what really sold us on getting a door with Power other than top notch quality we were getting. I’m sorry I don’t remember the guys name that came to do the install. He was great too. He remeasured everything to make sure it was all good. He had to do some extra work but walked us through what he had to do to make sure it was good with us. He was very professional and clean, even took our old screen door. We used to have a draft with our old door and since having this door installed no drafts, my heat bill is down. I will definitely recommend power and will be calling for future work! Great company from the sales people to customer service to the finance company to the installers. A+ all around!”
