“The salesperson told us there was some wood rot behind the house under the siding, and that wasn't the case. I don't know if we would have had the job done right now, but as far as the personnel working on the house and the project manager, they were all great. They did a great job.”
“Both the door and window installation crews did a very high-quality job. Final products look great!”
“I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling. I recently had my windows and roof replaced by PHR. The installation of both items was exceptional and seamless. They exceeded my expectations. All the representatives of the company are extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, diligent and provide great communication.”
“Workers were professional, court, and very good workers.”
“I really like the professionalism. I am really happy with the service. From beginning to end, everything was good. The only issue is that the product demo takes too long.”
“We are repeat customers. Everyone involved was very nice and cordial without pressure. The work was done efficiently and in one day. Again, this was a very nice experience.”
“The salesman was not truful with us”
“Started out getting gutters only and ended up being recommended that the roof be replaced--felt pressured to have to make a decision right then and there in order to get a break on the cost that was very high to begin with”
“Everyone is polite and professional.”
“The salesperson and project manager were both professional.”
“Some caulking hit our bedspread - possibly from the drop cloths - I called and although I wasn't sure what I expected, I was told that it was perhaps our fault because the bed had been too close to the installation area. Before the installation where we were visited by the salesman and the person who double-checked all the measurements and advised us as to what would and would not have to be removed. At no time was anything indicated that our bed was too close to the window. In fact, it was further away from the window than in another room where there were no problems.”
“It was quick and efficient. Everything was great. The team that they had out was friendly, and we had no issues.”
“At every stage of the project I was kept well-informed. The windows and door were installed in a timely manner and met my expectations!”
“They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant. The work was great quality.”
“What Power Home Remodeling tells you is exactly what you get.”
“Professional job well done. Clean and neat. Installers were very friendly and courteous.”
“The quality of the work; clean up; and responsiveness to warranty matters”
“Our experience couldn’t have been better than it was. The representatives and the work crew did everything possible to get sure that all of our expectations and concerns were met,”
“Everything went smoothly, the process was quick, and the communication was satisfactory overall.”
“The sales people were great, the install was fast and the installers were professional. I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the windows. Some are not seated properly and some have scratches on the inside of the glass. Customer service after install has been poor.”
“I would offer a caveat that Power Home Remodeling is a high-priced solution.”
“They just do good work.”
“I am likely to recommend Power Home Remodeling to a friend because everybody was wonderful, the work was great, we weren't pressured, no one was pushy, and everybody helped out with the prices. We got a good price for the windows. It was wonderful!”
“Everyone I made contact with was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The work was exceptional, and I will definitely call this company again when needed.”
“Customer service is bar none. Quality and American made products are paramount to us, but the price is definitely on the upper end”
“The workers were very considerate and courteous and cleaned up after themselves.”
“I’m happy to recommend.”
“They were very efficient. Everything ran smoothly. Their operation was very efficient. They came to do their job and left.”
“From the beginning of the process up to the end results, the team was friendly professional and efficient. I was well informed throughout the process and never had any concerns.”
“Was very pleased with the installers and the window installations and the look of the windows but extremely disappointed that the blinds would not fit back into the existing opening as indicated in writing days prior to the windows being installed. Asked one of the installers about hanging the brackets once installation was complete at which time I was told that would not be possible. Since the blinds could not be hung, I had to shop for blackout curtains. Currently in the process of contacting someone to come out and see if there’s another way to hang the blinds which means more money spent. I will say that Power did refund me $340.00 for new curtains.”
“Your sales tactics are too pushy. Your representative tried to sell us a new roof we didn’t need.”
“Overall it was a good experience.”
“I like the convenience of the app for documentation. It was nice to be able to see appointment dates and times. The workers worked steadily and were respectful of my home. The projects exceeded my expectations! Upon completion everything was cleaned up.”
“Showed respect for my home and property. Show upon time and started work.”
“The company is very professional with the service. I had my window fixed so far, and they did an excellent job! They cleaned up quite well when done.”
“They did a fantastic job.”
“Recommended to my neighbor who is looking to do his roof.”
“Communication could be better. Roof was initially scheduled to install on a Monday while I was at work, crews did not show up until Wednesday. The only notice I got was by checking the app after I got home Monday evening and saw the work wasn't done to see the job had been moved to Wednesday without any other notice.”
“Ap ppl”
“Your prices are very expensive, and the people that don't have money can't afford you.”
“They have done many windows on our home and that is why we call them back.”
“Great work and clean work space”
“I would highly recommend the salesman and installers I had they were extremely efficient, curtios and did a fabulous job !”
“It was an excellent experience from the beginning to the end.”
“Job done in one day. Door looks good and working properly.”
“I like the professional work”
“I was amazed that the two gentlemen who came over to do the seven windows and door worked as quickly and efficiently as they did and were done in under 6 hours. They were very professional.”
“Power’s experience is self evident in the way that they perform their installations. They measure twice and cut once. When they run into an “unforeseen circumstance “ they suggest and follow through on recommendations. They are punctual and often complete their work as scheduled. Their material are always top grade and the insulation of their products perform as expected. Nothing like making your house a “Power House “.”
“I had some difficulties, first of all, with the use of computers to sign agreements and stuff like that. I am 73 and getting blind. I found it very hard to be sure to read. I think they need to have hard copies given to the person before agreements are made.”
“They were very easy to talk to and did not pressure me.”
“Love the new windows”
“Power was great to work with during the sales phase and even right up until the day of installation. From installation day (Tuesday) on, it was problem after problem. Issue 1: To start, the install team was supposed to install a new bathroom fan vent through the roof as part of the job. When we got home that day, it was clear they did not install the vent, yet no one reached out to me. When the Quality control manager (QCM) came the next day (Wednesday) and I told him about the vent, he lied trying to convince me it was just a mix up because they couldn't talk to me since I was not home during the install. It's 2025, we all have cell phones, I or my wife was very easily reachable. Issue 2: We were told our quote included 10 sheets of plywood for the roof, and any pieces of plywood which were not used would be refunded to us. When the QCM came, he again had no good answer for me, and once again lied saying they used all 10 sheets. Upon further review, it was clear the team did not use 10 sheets, and thus my project amendment shows the refund I should have gotten. It is ridiculous that without my careful inspection of the work done, both these issues would still be unresolved. Issue 3: Upon inspecting the roof, it was clear our ridge vent had double or triple layered shingles on the end of two of the sections. It is unsightly to see the uneven ridge line when looking at the house from the street. When the QCM arrived, he agreed it did not look good and that it should be fixed. He once again concocted a story about why the team had done the work that way, but not to worry because Monday morning he would have a crew out to install the bathroom vent and fix the ridge vent. Frustrated I would need to take another day to work at home, I agreed to have the team come over Monday to fix these two issues and hopefully finish the project. Issue 4: Later that day when the gutters were installed, they left debris all over the property. There were large chunks of metal gutters, copious amounts of paper and packaging, and several piles of nails all strewn about the exterior of the house. We have 1 year old who plays outside, and this complete lack of care by Power is unacceptable. As an added bonus, the gutter crew ran over and broke one of our Halloween decorations. We have been reimbursed for the decoration, but that is beside the point. Someone then came out two days later (Friday), to clean up the mess the gutter crew left. He confirmed I had an appointment Monday to fix the ridge vent and install the bathroom vent. To this day I am still finding debris from the gutter crew. Issue 5: Monday morning comes around and my appointment is 8am to 10am. 10am comes and goes and no one has showed up, nor have I gotten any notification from Power. I check the app throughout the day and I see the system moving my appointment window later and later, again without notifying my wife or I in any way. Finally, a crew shows up at 4:15. Not only is the crew inexcusably late, but they had no idea what work they were supposed to be doing. They had no idea about the ridge vent issue. I turned them away because we had to leave for an appointment with my son. I wasted a day working from home waiting for the crew with no communication from Power whatsoever. Issue 6: After calling Power to complain about the terrible service we've had, I'm told a manager will reach out to me. Someone from the office schedules me for Wednesday to get my issues fixed and says prior to that I will hear from management. I never receive any call from management. Issue 7: Wednesday comes and the crew shows up on time. They tell me the manager is part of the crew, that I shouldn't have expected a phone call because he was coming in person. This was never relayed to me prior. They install the bathroom vent just fine, but they tell me the ridge vent is perfect as is. They say the QCM has no idea what he's talking about, and the vent is supposed to have multiple layers on the end. How is it possible that a company that specializes in roofing can give me two completely opposite answers like this? No matter how you look at it, this is blatant incompetence from Power. To this day, I still do not know which Power employee was correct and if my roof is completed properly. Issue 8: The crew finished up their work, and I explain to the manager about the 10 sheets of plywood. Since he was in my attic installing the vent, he saw there was not 10 new pieces of plywood there. As he is processing the refund, he shows me the amount which is much lower than what the salesperson originally stated. We were told the plywood was at minimum $200 a sheet since we had thick plywood on our roof, yet our refund was just over $100 a sheet. The manager tells me that because we received discounts on the job, the discounts also applied to the wood. This is absolutely ridiculous, as the salesperson knew exactly what our discounts were and still quoted over $200 per sheet. Once again, Power cannot keep its story straight and we suffer for it. Issue 9: I refuse to sign any paperwork stating the job is complete until I get the opportunity to tell a Power employee about all that has gone on. We paid over $30K for this work and justifiably expected a high-quality service, but we didn't even get a minimally acceptable service. Once I finally connect with a Power manager, it is clear he does not care about the myriad issues we faced. He says how he was on vacation and how if he was around this would have never happened. It is clear all he cares about is getting me to sign off on the paperwork so he can put this behind him. The lack of empathy is startling, both on the phone and in texts afterwards. As a microcosm of just how terrible communication has been with Power, he proceeds to call me a few days later mistaking me for another customer. I made it very clear to the managers I spoke with and I will make it very clear here: I will never, ever recommend Power to anyone. When people ask about roofing or siding or any other business Power does, I will explicitly tell them to steer clear of Power and use someone else. I have given Power every opportunity to right their wrongs, and all I get are lies, excuses, and feigned empathy.”
“The project with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish was a nightmare.”

“After everything was done, I was very happy with the results. The workers, when they came in, did an excellent job; they cleaned the backyard well, and everything was in order. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that everything was done and finished. The 2nd group came to put up the gutter; after that, they left the dumpster. They said the truck was coming to pick it up the following day. The following day, a truck came in, but it wasn't the proper truck; they couldn't pick up the dumpster. It happened once; the 2nd time around, like I said, the wrong truck came in to pick up the dumpster, and they couldn't do it. I had to be calling. I don't know; I felt like after they got my money, it was done. I had to call countless times. It was a large box of leftover siding, I think, or assume. Finally, on the 2nd or 3rd day, a truck came in. The same truck picked up the remaining siding and dumpers. It took a while. I don't like the fact that I had to keep calling over and over, and after they got my money, they forgot about me. I am happy with the siding. I am very happy with that, with the end of business.”
