“Comparing the windows I had vs these new windows, the old ones were definitely built better. The new ones are thinner material. The part of the window that you lift to raise it and lower it isn’t firmly attached to the window. It doesn’t feel tight to the window when you move it up and down. I feel like over time that could be an issue.I like the overall look of the new black window but disappointed in quality. Also the black trim around the window was never caulked on the sides. I was told by the guy that measured for the new windows, the shutters would be removed when they install the windows. That way they could caulk properly all the way around. The shutters were never removed and caulking stops at the shutters. I have since pulled the shutters off and noticed this.”

“I ordered composite window frames, but vinyl window frames came and were installed. When I tried to stop the installment the lead person onsite said someone from the office would contact me that day. No did or have called me back. I called several times and each time I was told someone would call me. It’s been close to two weeks and nothing from Window Nation. In my case they have not been ethical I would definitely not recommend them.”
