“I had a terrible experience with Window Nation. The sales rep, David Pawson, misled me on several important points—including the install team rebuilding three specific windows I requested, that each flashing would be professionally molded to fit the windows, and that a project manager would be on-site during installation. Most importantly, I was promised no subcontractors. The only reason I chose Window Nation was because I was assured of this, yet subcontractors are exactly who showed up. The subcontractors caused significant damage. They broke my indoor trim and, instead of replacing it, filled everything with caulk that looks sloppy and unprofessional. In my bedroom, they cracked the wall around the window. Several frames are broken, missing chunks of wood, and don’t even connect properly. My siding was also damaged during installation. Despite multiple service visits from Window Nation, the problems remain unresolved. My windows are overloaded with caulk, large gaps are simply filled instead of properly fitted, and the flashing does not align like I was promised. When I raised these issues, I was told to paint over the mess myself so it would “look better.” That response was insulting and completely unprofessional. I feel deceived by the false promises, devastated by the final result, and frustrated that I’m still left with poorly installed, damaged windows.”
