The scheduling center was horrible. They didn't get back to me about updates. The installation team didn't come on the day they were scheduled due to it snowing which is understandable. The issue I have with that is no one contacted me about rescheduling. I had to call to find out. Jack was knowledgeable but he didn't follow up with me after the initial sale. I would absolutely work with the installation team again.”
