“Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with window nation. Initial install of 17 windows 14 of them were incorrect! 2 months later they come to correct the 14 n unload start n they realize the windows don’t fit, they are all the wrong size. Fast forward two more months they come out to instal a half moon that initially came broken … they install it and again it’s the wrong style window. I have contacted them every time n my response is just we are sorry… no resolution, no explanations… no call back with yet another eta on when my correct windows will be in. Still waiting. I would think I would have gotten at the very least a phone call from a district manager..”

“After the windows were installed, I called the company on a couple of different occasions. I was promised a callback. No one called me back. I also emailed the owner. I did not get a response. It has been about two weeks since I called.”

“I got four windows from another company first, then I bought four windows from Window Nation. The window Nation's windows are of better quality and less expensive.”
“Installation team was okay but they installed 2 windows incorrectly, causing much tension when trying to open. Also installed 2 windows with busted locks, 1 window with holes in the screen, and 1 windows screen was not properly installed causing it to bow out and bugs can get in. Customer service from WN is a nightmare, I had to threaten to get my counsel involved if I didn't hear from anyone regarding replacements - took over two weeks for someone to call me. A service guy came out on March 28th to fix the busted locks and looked at the windows with tension. He said he couldn't fix it at that time but customer service from window nation would call to schedule a new appointment and now two weeks have passed and haven't received a phone call. Still don't have replacements for the busted screens either.”

“Window Nation made a huge mistake with our project but that is not the reason I would never recommend them. The reason is how WIndow Nation handles the mistakes they make and the lack of communication and customer service. They delayed my project by months and cost me thousands of dollars all while avoiding communication and our attempts at resolution. We ordered 35 windows from Window Nationin August 202. Installation was scheduled for December 16th 2021. On that date it was discovered that Window Nation's representative had incorrectly measured every single window. This was only discovered after 2 existing windows had already been removed and destroyed. The installation team had to install the wrong size windows to replace the 2 that had been removed with caulk and duct tape to hold them in. This left us without use of these rooms as the installation was unsafe. It was obviously disappointing that the measurer was so poor at their one job, compounded by the fact that this delay affected our Christmas holiday plans but we understand that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, after this event there was ZERO proactive communication from Window Nation. There was no urgency to fix the issue, no proper apology, andno follow up to our inquiries. This lack of effective communication continued throughout the entire process. Emails went unreturned, phone calls went unreturned, and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone because their voicemail boxes were all constantly full. Window Nation placed blame on the manufacturer of the windows and decidedly wiped their hands clean of the problem. As the customer, we had no reason to deal with the manufacturer directly. After many weeks and frustating follow ups with WIndow Nation, we were finally offered a discount, but with the stipulation that we would sign away our rigfht to speak about our experience. We decided to accept the offer but when the final bill came, the discount was not honored. We financed this project so Window Nation received the full compensation amount and we are left with the full bill to pay the financer.”
