I had all 8 windows installed in the house, I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient Sergio team was . They were on time and though it rained it didn’t delay anything the windows were installed and beautiful in no time. Would recommend window nation and Sergio tram if you’re looking to replace your windows.

I had a great experience with the representative who came out to provide my estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to make a decision. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and respected where I was coming from throughout the process. He also made an effort to help me find potential discounts and savings opportunities, which I appreciated. The information he provided was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of the project and my available options. Overall, I was very satisfied with the estimate and the level of customer service I received.

February 2026: Before installation we had a few Window Nation install techs come and accurately measure for the windows before they were to be built. Dan Wenger and another young man who is an Eagle Scout (sorry did not write down your name or get your card) were exceptionally personal and professional. Installation took 3 days for 17 windows. There was a crew of 5 individuals working together as a team one of those folks being the installation manager. Janiel Turino Naranjo led the team. Shout out to these five men who worked 3 long days to remove existing windows, cleanup and reinstall the new windows: Janiel of course, Yoelvys Oliva, Javier Sanchez, Alberto Aquirre, and Endy Camacho. They really did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaning up. Thank you Janiel, Alberto, Endy, Javier and Yoelvys! December 2025: We are doing some renovation of our bathrooms and originally were just looking for a quote for two windows but when we heard what Window Nation offered in comparison to Renewal by Anderson (a life time warranty on screens, glass and windows and a 15 year transferrable warranty to new owner) we chose Window Nation. Michelle Potts gave us a very informative presentation and explained the process. She was very personable and spent hours with us discussing the different window options available in the Imperial LS line. We ended up purchasing windows for the entire house because the window jams no longer hold up the top windows on our double hung windows which are presently only 18 years old.

The windows look much better than the hideous mess I had before. But that's kind of like comparing living in a cardboard box to moving into the ghetto. Better isn't always measurably good, just nicer than it was because you had something horrible before. The salesperson, Morgan was fantastic, and truthfully the only reason I chose this company. The other reason was bc she said that the workers would be licensed and insured and speak English. I also thought that would mean ALL of them. It didn't. They pulled up in a Budget box truck that the label had been ripped off of then spray painted over. Ok so, this isn't an install team that's supported by the company- no company logo, no uniform shirts. 3 guys, came in to my home. Not one of them introduced themselves. They got to work right away but then they started asking me which window went where. Uh, I'm sorry sir I don't own a room I call a "den" or "office" so I have no idea which room that is. That's the measurement guy's fault. Label it library, living room, or loft and I'll point. Call it a den and now idk which of the 3 rooms you could have meant. They were throwing product everywhere, cool fine I know it's a demolition. But they damaged my vinyl siding and then tried to tell me that I could just replace that one piece after trying to hide it. Um, no sir. It was damaged BY YOU. I'm not doing anything. My mom stepped on a broken piece of trim last night after they left and cut her foot.. INSIDE the house. They also tried to rush me to sign the paperwork. 3 of the windows were extremely difficult to close, so he adjusted those. They damaged one window frame during demo, sliced the siding by throwing materials, and I'm not sure if it's chipped or scraped by another. One guy, didn't speak any English at all and was terrified of my dog. Yes, I understand you don't like him, but you have every window cut out and open, I don't have any rooms I can lock him in safely, so he has to be out. The guys were nice, but it really really annoys me when worker men use my restroom and leave the toilet seat up. I hate when men can't be respectful. They didn't wear any coverings on their shoes and they didn't put anything down on the floor and were in and out all day. They also didn't blow out or vacuum all the dust from install, so now I still have to wash all of my brand new windows. Several of the new windows have scrapes on the corners from them just tossing them around. They tried to rush me through the final paperwork, which annoyed me a little. But not as much as them trying to act like it was my responsibility to fix the parts they damaged. They slapped some brownish paste on the one and called it good after i called attention to it. So I still have to fix it to make it look like it did before they came. They did decent work for the most part, but attention to detail is huge. There's gapping, uneven edges, dents, unevenly mounted windows, just a whole slew of issues. The most annoying is the front double window that isn't mounted at the same height and the damages. There was minimal attention to detail. They didn't wash the windows or the screens before leaving, nor did they vacuum out the tracks, or blow all the materials off the front and back patios. I thought that was part of the install? They wiped them, but didn't clean them. There were sharp pieces all over the yard that i had to pick up bc my mom walks barefoot and I have pets. I was really looking forward to having NEW CLEAN windows without damage. I also expected the new windows to be LEVEL. I guess i was duped. Maybe that means I don't have to fulfill my side of the contract too. Since we just pick and choose over at Window Nation, I'll follow suit. ***UPDATE*** we're now one day away from July and I STILL don't have my window install completed. They've now sent 3 different crews over.. all terrible. Still waiting for the kitchen window to come in. Who knows when that will happen. One day install???? Lmao try 4 months later and you'll be just begging for them to go away
