One window has no trim on the inside and we are clueless if someone from window nation is to finish it or if we need to do it ourselves. We have just been confused and not sure if any of the windows are complete.”

“The salesman was lovely and the product seems good so far. Communication was very poor around scheduling the final measurements and installation. For the measurements - I confirmed one timeframe repeatedly, but the man didn’t show and then said he was told a different timeframe. For installation- we had one understandable weather delay. We rescheduled and they never showed up or contacted me. I called customer service twice and was told there were truck issues and delays, but the team was still coming. When they still never showed, I called my sales and financing people who finally connected me with the installation manager. He investigated and told me the job was canceled and I should have been notified, but I wasn’t. He did what he could to resolve the issue, but the stress and frustration of having to hunt down the information and then live in our house for another couple days with furniture moved and window coverings down was too much.”
“They were very professional. The windows are beautiful. I just had a lady come by for my blinds. She said in the 20 years she has been doing this, after looking at the caulking and frames, she said they were the best windows she has ever seen. They are very well installed.”

“I explicitly asked Morgan if the people installing the windows were employees of WN.. She said they were. I asked..they are sub contractors. The install was a 0/10 the first day. We were told it would be 1 day..there 2as someone here for 5 days. The windows were ordered incorrectly. I reached out to the Sales Manager and the Branch Manager..Neither bothered to contact us at any point. One if our super expensive windows is scratched. I have yet to hear anything about the replacement sash”

“Inspector came and said it is a very poor job. A heavy wind would cause damage or totally come off. No one still has come to repair. The windows have moisture and the flies are insane getting between the windows. We need someone to come and fix this soon. Screws were not replaced back in the shutters maybe only 1 to every 2 that were taken out.”

“The installers were great. They had many windows to replace and were here for a LONG DAY. They did not stop until they finished. Before leaving , they cleaned up the debris and did not leave a mess. All of the guys were helpful and very mannerly.”
