I had all 8 windows installed in the house, I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient Sergio team was . They were on time and though it rained it didn’t delay anything the windows were installed and beautiful in no time. Would recommend window nation and Sergio tram if you’re looking to replace your windows.

I had a great experience with the representative who came out to provide my estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to make a decision. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and respected where I was coming from throughout the process. He also made an effort to help me find potential discounts and savings opportunities, which I appreciated. The information he provided was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of the project and my available options. Overall, I was very satisfied with the estimate and the level of customer service I received.

February 2026: Before installation we had a few Window Nation install techs come and accurately measure for the windows before they were to be built. Dan Wenger and another young man who is an Eagle Scout (sorry did not write down your name or get your card) were exceptionally personal and professional. Installation took 3 days for 17 windows. There was a crew of 5 individuals working together as a team one of those folks being the installation manager. Janiel Turino Naranjo led the team. Shout out to these five men who worked 3 long days to remove existing windows, cleanup and reinstall the new windows: Janiel of course, Yoelvys Oliva, Javier Sanchez, Alberto Aquirre, and Endy Camacho. They really did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaning up. Thank you Janiel, Alberto, Endy, Javier and Yoelvys! December 2025: We are doing some renovation of our bathrooms and originally were just looking for a quote for two windows but when we heard what Window Nation offered in comparison to Renewal by Anderson (a life time warranty on screens, glass and windows and a 15 year transferrable warranty to new owner) we chose Window Nation. Michelle Potts gave us a very informative presentation and explained the process. She was very personable and spent hours with us discussing the different window options available in the Imperial LS line. We ended up purchasing windows for the entire house because the window jams no longer hold up the top windows on our double hung windows which are presently only 18 years old.

"The crew were 1 to 1/2 hours later than arrival time. That did not bother me. Let me say that all the workers were great men. That being said, the supervisor stayed for about 30 minutes and then left for another job. The 2 men that were here were fine till both of their drill batteries died and then they did nothing for 1 hour. The supervisor arrived back at about 4pm, close to dusk. I spoke with him to clarify that the men would be coming back the next day to finish the job. Well, the crew worked in the dark for at least 1 hour with head lights on. They finished in the dark. The super and another man came back the next day to see if I was ok with what was done. I had them pull off the rubber on the sides of 2/3s of the windows and place more insulation between the window and walls because I could feel the cold air coming in the house. The final insult was a girlfriend who works in real estate thought that I was overcharged for the windows. So no, I have no interest in recommending this company to any friend of mine."

"In reviewing other home completed by Window Nation, my windows did not turn out the same. I had to reach out to the managers for satisfaction. Granted they did all the could to make sure I was satisfied, which is very appreciated! I had a great team! Before I decided to go with Window Nation I took a survey of other homes in my neighborhood and they looked great where my windows were horrid. For the amount of money I've paid was not the quality of product received. If I could redo it would not have invested. I totally feel mislead."

"There was little to no communication they didn’t have time to finish the windows in 1 day like I was told which was no big deal and I thought the same guys were coming back to finish the windows but they sent other people out on a Sunday no letting me know they were coming and they didn’t know what they were suppose to do. One window has no trim on the inside and we are clueless if someone from window nation is to finish it or if we need to do it ourselves. "The salesman was lovely and the product seems good so far. Communication was very poor around scheduling the final measurements and installation. For the measurements - I confirmed one timeframe repeatedly, but the man didn’t show and then said he was told a different timeframe. For installation- we had one understandable weather delay. We rescheduled and they never showed up or contacted me. I called customer service twice and was told there were truck issues and delays, but the team was still coming. When they still never showed, I called my sales and financing people who finally connected me with the installation manager. He investigated and told me the job was canceled and I should have been notified, but I wasn’t. He did what he could to resolve the issue, but the stress and frustration of having to hunt down the information and then live in our house for another couple days with furniture moved and window coverings down was too much."

"Inspector came and said it is a very poor job. A heavy wind would cause damage or totally come off. No one still has come to repair. The windows have moisture and the flies are insane getting between the windows. We need someone to come and fix this soon. "I was told I was getting triple pane windows and I got double pane windows. I paid almost 7 thousand dollars for 7 double pane windows. Could have gotten a better deal at Lowe's. Sorry but Window Nation is a lot of hype. My windows were downgraded after I said I didn't want to pay 9 thousand dollars for 7 windows. Then downgraded again before installation when I was told they couldn't install the windows because of a size issue. The windows were installed and nail holes were half fast covered and you can see the putty smears on the window molding. But I paid 1000 dollars for each window. Still overall nice windows. But I feel like I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else and got better quality. Sorry Window Nation but not 5 stars from me."

And then as it turned out the installers called later and said they’re gonna be late because they’re at another job. I also feel that there should’ve been a follow up after the windows were installed not through a stupid thing like this, but an actual phone call. "The first day that a team came to install, the entire batch of windows were the wrong ones. They ordered new windows to be made because they said it would be too hard to find our windows. We had moved heavy furniture, taken down blinds and curtains and even disposed of some. Then had to wait another 5 or 6 weeks. The 2nd day scheduled, again after moving furniture and removing blinds, they called that morning and said that one of their installers had the flu. Maybe not their fault but annoying just the same. Another team came the next morning and one of the windows was the wrong size. So that team did a good and efficient job, were very nice and professional but the job is not done. They have to order another window and will let me know in about a month when it comes in and will schedule someone to come finish the job."

Friendly, professional, fast, but with a keen attention to detail and making sure each window was installed correctly. They took the time to explain the functionality of the windows by demonstrating to us how they work. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done and walked through the house with us when they were finished to make sure we were happy. They waited a beat outside to double check that we didn’t have any further questions before leaving. Excellent service!"

"The old windows were ripped out with a crow bar damaging both the outside bricks and a window sill. One brick was knocked completely out and glued back in place with clear caulk. One window sash was broken during installation. Window Nation only wants to send someone out to assess the brick damage at a time that works for them and not the homeowner. I have left both phone messages and texts with no response. Would NEVER recommend"
