Despite having a misguided approaches to our initial order, Power was able to assess and provide guidance in amending the scenario and helping us with pricing as well. Our new trim and gutters are stunning. Although clean up has been an issue on both project occasions finding plastic, nails, and even metal clippings of the gutters. 3/10 for cleanup. But regardless, would recommend for their communication and timeliness. Like I said, we love our new trim and gutters!”

“Power Home Remodeling has done 3 jobs for me. The first two jobs that they did were excellent. Everything was fine. The last one was the roof, the most expensive one of them all. The work that was done here was excellent, but the communication with Power was not. The materials were never ordered even though I called several times, just to find out, the day before the roofers were coming, if indeed the materials had been ordered. The people in the office said that the materials had been ordered. The roofers arrived here at 7:00 am on the day of the installation to get started, and there was no material. They called the store and the store said that they had no order. Up until this roofing job, I would have given Power a 5-star. At this point, they get a 3-star, and that is for the installers. They did an excellent job. However, it got knocked down, because apparently nobody at Power wants to call back. I left several messages worrying about the material. Then, nobody bothers to check on things, they just say yes it is done.”

“The work seemed competent but the work area was always a mess. Hardware for services like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, were taken off was just dropped or thrown in the yard or a bush. The main electrical drop was removed and dropped on the ground with the power live! They cut the tag on the box the warned there was a $350 for damaging it. The warning is in English. CEMC said they disconnect the box , no charge. When they inspected it only one screw had been reinstalled inside the box. They must have removed panels to unscrew the box from the house and just put one screw back. No English speaking person except the first day when he came and inventoried the materials and the last day he showed up. I picked up over 100 new roofing nails they used to install the house wrap. In addition to all the old hardware they removed. The house wrap was installed with large roofing nails not plastic capped nails like I've seen use on my homes and other houses in the past?”
“We recently had the Power Home Remodeling Company install new back doors at our home, and overall, our experience was once again positive. They had installed replacement windows and roofing in a previous project, and we were so pleased with their work that we wanted them to replace our back doors and framing. From the start, communication with Power was excellent, from the initial contact with Nolan to completing the project with Willis and his crew. They were responsive and clearly explained the process. The installation team was professional, on time, and efficient. The quality of the installation seems excellent. The doors look beautiful and function properly. They also did a great job cleaning up. “Delayed install twice, more than a month late. Screen door not right. Was first told man would be out to adjust in a couple days. Month later , still not working. I never make final payment until job is done, but you went and ran my credit card immediately without my authorization. Bad business practices.”
