“If every person I came in contact with was as enthusiastic and hard working like the sales man, I would give this the full 5 stars. But once it came to the install crew, I realized this was not going to be everything it was cracked up to be. The install crew came and immediately started working- awesome. There was a language barrier, which we can all work around, except the workers would not use google translate-that was already pulled up on my phone - to communicate with me. He would only shake his head yes or no. Which is frustrating when I am asking questions that needed responses. They crew ended up leaving and I had to call the Power Home Remodel phone number to talk to someone about different questions. Like, why was there window glue smeared on my windows and not cleaned off, screens not being put in properly, debris left behind in the yard and windows not shutting as smoothly as demonstrated. He sent the crew back out at that point to fix the wrongs and you could tell, by their body language, how inconvenient it was.”

“Love my new windows. Did not realize they would take up so much space that I would need new blinds throughout the house. The workers were very nice and cleaned up behind themselves, however it would have been helpful if one of the workers could speak English better. Had a hard time communicating with them.”
