“I was pretty happy with the work overall. They were supposed to follow through with a few punch list things and they have not gotten back to us. It has been crickets since they left. They basically stand over you and say you need to sign these forms over the phone so they can leave. We looked around afterwards and noticed some things that needed to be done. We talked to the quality assurance guy and he said he would call the foreman for the siding and they will get back with you. and we have not heard anything last week or the end of the week before that. There is a screen that needs to be replaced and I have not heard anything about that. There is something with the door that is not secure to my wife's satisfaction. We have not heard from them. There are some things that need to be done on the punch list and we have not heard from them. Once they made us sign the emails and stuff they disappeared, so that is why we are hesitant to rate them any higher.”

“We had doors installed, and we were not happy with the quality of the installation. The quality assurance manager who came out and looked at everything agreed with us that the installation was not the best they could have done, and they have given us a plan on how it will be remedied. We are still seeing how that will be before we would recommend Power to any of our friends.”

“The installers did a great job. They were professional. The sales pitch was pretty thorough. My reading of some of the reviews of Power was that sometimes the sales pitch can be a little overwhelming and time-consuming, even though it's short and good. That might put some people off. The salesperson was good at her job and sold me on buying the door. I get it, that's part of it. She was very pleasant and very nice, but the amount of time it took could be off-putting for some people. I am retired, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The process was great. I didn't want to do it in the winter, but I decided to go with you because it looked like a good product, and I needed a door. She was pleasant and excellent at doing her job. It took like five hours. For most people who are working and have busy lives, that would be very off-putting. I understand that it is their job and that's what they do. She did her job and got me to buy the product. You have a high volume of sales in this area, so obviously someone is doing something right.”

“The weather was very bad when my job was scheduled. I understand that this may cause delays and I am okay with that. I am more concerned with the workers safety than with getting the job done quickly. That having been said, I was very disheartened when I was not given a heads up that they would be late. On 2/3, my window was 8-10am. The crew arrived at 11:30 without any call. On 2/4, the crew arrived at 1158 even though my window was 8-10 (again no call). Something was inadvertently broken during the work (not a problem). I was told to expect a call to schedule a repair the next day. It was not scheduled until I called 5 days later.”

“I am not likely to recommend them to a friend because I had them install other things before, but in regards to my attic to help with the cold air coming into the house, I'm experiencing the same cold air before I got the insulation installed. I'm shocked because I don't feel a difference. It's one hundred percent like there's nothing there, no barrier there, for the cold air. I'm just shocked and don't understand. It feels worse than what it is.”
