“The clean up needs to be improved. The blown insulation clean up was a disaster. I still have white insulation balls in my driveway and lawn. In addition, I had to vacuum my house and clean the floor were the installers had been. Protection during the roofing process was poor. The tarps were full of holes allowing black grit to get everywhere.”

We'll during the process of installing windows at the back of my home they broke my windows well cover. That being the case I should have been notified and given the opportunity to remove it so it wouldn't be damaged.”

That, with the lack of communication that followed, made me very uneasy with this purchase. Obviously, we did go along with it, so hopefully we did not make the wrong decision.”

“One of the windows above our door got shattered during installation by the installers. When the project manager came a few days later, he didn’t even know about the incident. We were told it would take 2-4 weeks to come in. I called Power Home around week 3 because we hadn’t heard from them yet, and they made it seem like nothing was even ordered yet. We waited a few more weeks and they left a voicemail saying it would happen on a specific date. We didn’t hear back from them the day before the date so we called to confirm it was still happening and they blamed us for the lack of communication. We had to wait another 2 weeks for the window replacement and there was nothing done on Power Homes end to try to rectify their numerous mistakes. We have done many projects with them, but after this treatment, we will not be using them again. Very disappointed, especially as a returning customer.”

Once an agreement has been made, a phone call would save customers time from waiting at home, only to have no one show up. I also was not comfortable sharing paystubs with the person who came to the house. If I decide to pay instead of charge, then I should be allowed to pay without the extra questions. That was my first red flag.”
