“I would advise consumers not to use them. You would think that they are a reputable company, they're not. They send people that aren't properly trained. Sometimes they send Hispanic boys to do their job. When you call and have someone come out, there is a project manager by the name of Jennifer, who talks a good game. They have each other's back. She never calls you back. The salesperson, by the name of Connor, was rude, and he would send text messages to your phone telling me that the products were not there, but they were. My house is the same way they left it. I wanted to have them put on television for the poor work they did. I didn't like their work, it was terrible.”

“They were very professional and on time. They were really knowledgeable with what they were doing. The price was higher than expected. That is because of their warranty and top materials. If you are looking for a reliable roof, choose them. If you are able to afford them, then go for it. They are on the pricer side.”

“The first day, they showed up with what I thought was a non-company vehicle because it had a different name on, which is why I docked a star. The guy showed up with a different company name, and then he turned around and got a Long Roofing sticker out of the car to put in the side, but it doesn't work like that. I guess Long Roofing was using subcontractors.”
