“A quality product with professional installers which I would recommend to friends.”
“Overall great expereince. They replaced all our windows and put in a wall of sliders.”
“Very pleased with the work, especially the new patio door installation. My friend has a new front door from Renewal by Anderson. It is very nice and well made, but I think Pella did a better job on the door jam for my patio door. It is elevated enough to keep out crawling things (snakes, bugs).”
“The quality is amazing. The windows help us retain so much heat compared to our old ones. I'm running the heat in my home 5 degrees lower than I normally do and the house is still too hot. There are no drafts in my home anymore, except for the closets.”
“Pella Windows and Doors - North Texas is an excellent company to deal with as they stand behind what they say. The installers with Pella Windows and Doors - North Texas are also excellent.”

“Pella has some beautiful windows and things went very well. With the extreme amount, I paid for the windows I guess I was hoping for better service through the process. That seems to be a large complaint about Pella. Service wise Pella is average at best. Nothing impressive. I would not recommend Pella to friends/family and get them to shop around and find the best price. Now do not get me wrong the Impervia windows are gorgeous! However, if friends/family taste is not for large Awning windows like mine, go with whoever has the best price. If looking for basic single hung windows… Go for the best price.”
“The windows are efficient and very nice looking. We have had a lot of comments from neighbors and online views through Google. We are really satisfied with the quality of the windows!”
“Excellent work and friendly staff!”

“For exceptional price I expected exceptional quality, delivery, and install. The doors are quality in manufacture overall - and custom due to size - 97x105 french doors for a new construction home expansion and balcony. Delivery: The doors were quoted to take 12-14 weeks. 2 weeks before due, my manufacture delivery date slipped out another 8 weeks. So they doors actually took 21 weeks (!) to arrive meaning I had a literal hole in my house covered with plywood for more than 2 months waiting for my doors and messing up construction timelines and multiple contractor work all happening around and including the doors. Install: Far from perfect, and results in things as the homeowner I see that I am bothered by day to day. Functionally there is a significant lack of seal and drafts coming in at the top and bottom centerline door closure at the sills. There is even an actual 1/2 inch of visible daylight gap at the bottom where it does not seal right. There probably is at the top but I am not tall enough to tell, but I can feel cold air stream in by reaching up there with my fingertips. So it means dust, and right now cold air, and this summer Texas hot air, will be making that room an HVAC nightmare and year round dust ingress issue. The installers while polite and professional, used liberal amounts of some kind of sticky black paste to cover scratches and inconsistencies in spacing due to the install process. Slopping it on with fingers, getting it on their boots and hands - and eventually spreading it to rugs, flooring and walls which I either had to clean off with alcohol myself. In some cases it won't come off due to wall texture around the doors repaint whole walls. On the doors themselves it reduces the intended perfect satin black modern surface the doors were supposed to have instead in some places the black "goop" smears make it look like the doors are dirty.”

“The windows were not provided as described at the time of sale. No samples were given, but we were clear on the operators desired. These operators were not provided on the windows. No one, not even our original sales rep, will return calls to handle the situation. We noted the discrepancy at the time of the window installation but again, no follow-up. I did not like the fact that the cash price was only honored on the day of - not even a 24 hour window of time - and that after the guy spent 2+ hours at the house. Anderson gave us 3 days to consider their offer.”

“We replaced two large palladium windows with casement windows. The sales person never mentioned we could not reuse the plantation shutters that were currently in place. We had to invest in new window treatments for the windows. Pella window did partially compensate us towards new window treatments. The installer had limited experience. The window frame was poorly caulked and required painters to smooth out the seams and edges. The windows came with screens. It took four appointments to adjust the screens so that they fit the window. Each visit I was assured that new screens would be ordered because of the size of the windows, and each return visit someone new brought the same screens that didn't fit. The final visit the same screens were brought but they adjusted the "notch" in the window frame. A suggestion we had made initially. In addition, the crank shaft cover, and latch cover was missing for one window. I was told that these items would be brought with the first attempted screen replacement but this message was never relayed to the technician. He just happened to have these parts in his truck and he was able to take care of it. Lastly, only one technician wore a mask or offered to wear a mask coming into our home. I think Pella windows are a good product. We were disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through from Pella North Texas office.”

“I am very happy with the installation of my Pella windows. Although they are certainly not the least expensive, I do like the product, and I believe the quality comes with the Brand Name.”

“pandemic created delivery delays, i just hope it was true, you never know if my doors were in the order and delivery time, that was being stated, but either way, a representative started calling every Friday, and that was nice, just some info helped in the process of knowing where I'm queued at in the installation of the doors, a couple of dates were canceled, understandable. The guys that did the installation did a really nice job. i had a lamp for them to have extra light, and they went the extra mile and covered it with clear plastic, so it wouldn't get any dust on it, and of course they put tarps on the floor, and they worked in rain, it didn't rain much or long, and they even asked should we come back, I said no, cause they were 6 months late, no fault of Pella I hope.”

“Installation was great but when you have a problem, they're not. I haven't heard from anyone since November. That is totally unacceptable. Jamie Ogel is who I had to dealt with. I called my salesperson when my screens wouldn't stay up and he would never call me back. I had to call his supervisor before he would call me back to schedule an appointment that was too late for us. Then I spoke to Jamie, which is right below the owner, and he told me that they would take care of it by sending the new screens. In October, Pella sent me one screen on a pallet, shrink wrapped around two 2x4s, which broke the screen of course. I sent David and email in November. I know he saw the email. He has yet to get back with me.”
