I poured a lot of effort and money into this project... nearly twenty thousand dollars and I expected to get exactly what i was promised. There several mistakes made, and I requested the replacement windows and trim to be exactly the size that they were replacing. The windows themselves seem great, but the size of the awning windows does not exactly match the transom windows above, and after two attempts at the inside trim, it still does not match the transom windows above and the patio door next to the windows. The two installers, Andy and Andy were awesome. They did replace water damaged wood and drywall below and next to one window. They are very thorough with their work and very dedicated.

Next door & window replaced our existing window with a sliding glass door and did an incredible job! The quality is great and the overall finish looks beautiful. The team is very communicative and got the job done in just half a day! Would 10/10 recommend them. Before and after photos attached.

We learned of Next Door window service exiting Costco. We gave our contact number and it was smooth sailing from there. Justin spent time educating us on how the process works and reviewing the products available. No pressure sales made us more comfortable doing our windows in phases so we have less budgeting stress. The actual installation went well and the team did a great job. We will definitely work with Next Door on our next phase!

We got our Costco Marvin windows through Next Door and Window. They helped take our NINE double-hung windows to these beautiful full wall sliders. From the sale, project progress, scheduling, and install have all been amazing! Clear communication was had with confidence for the team. They were clean and protected our space while working. The end product is STUNNING!

From initially stepping into Next Window showroom until after our Infinity replacement window install, our experience was amazing! Everything went so smoothly starting with our knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who had exceptional communication. During the entire process any question we had was immediately answered. The install crew was neat, friendly and helpful. The outcome resulted in a quality window with now an updated modern visual appearance. Can’t beat the extended 10 year labor warranty that Next offered as well. We are enjoying our home’s new look!
