Until such time as the job is completed, I am holding off with any recommendations. Even though I have been quite impressed with Power, and their representatives and crew, with the job being incomplete, I will find it difficult to give a good recommendation. If the missing lock is not installed within a reasonable amount of time, then I would not be inclined to recommend Power, as that would be an indication to me that Power is only interested in getting paid for work done, and not ensuring the customer's complete satisfaction once the job has been completed. The Quality Manager, Kareem, who came to inspect post install, again brought up gutters, but even after I said no, not at this time and even provided an explanation as to why my answer was no, he continued to push this. It felt his main concern was only the door, not was best for the house overall. I had to take a moment to walk away as I was about to ask him to leave my house and contact his supervisor. He left after I came back in and again said no. This almost soured the experience, as everything was going well up until that moment.”

“Everything looked great but there were a couple things that could have been better with the finished product and during installation. I had two different install teams and neither team spoke English. It was hard to communicate to them what I wanted and I didn't get any answers from them. There were also a few issues with the cleanliness of the windows after installation. They didn't use any products besides windex to clean them off and it left a lot of streaks. They installed metal caping above the front windows and it is a little bent. After installation an associate called me and said they would call back about fixing it but I haven't heard anything. Overall I am happy but it was a lot of money so I am picky with the end product.”

The color of the capping was not noted clear enough by the salesman, and we are stuck with windows and workmanship that is not at all what we wanted. We were promised: - black trim, any custom color would be free - a front window that you can’t see in What we got: - white, extremely cheap looking capping - forced to purchase film to obscure the front window - trash strewn around the yard, including many staples and broken glass shards with multiple animals - trim missing revealing flaking paint that was no exposed previously - no remedies offered except $2k off of gutters.”
“I was not happy with the work done on the attic. I asked for breakdown of cost and they did not provide one. After the work was completed I had someone else come check to see if it was done properly. They said it was but that the attic was not worth the 10k they charged. When I asked for a breakdown they just said the job would cost 10k but it only took them half an hour to do the work.”
