“The work great and efficient. Price a bit too steep. Sales person’s horrible, they do not take I’m done for an answer. They keep you hostage for several hours, even the inspection person will not leave until they have worn you down. I was all for getting the windows and doors as soon as they came in, because we needed them. But by 11:30 at night I was ready to cancel. The inspector I had to yell at before he finally left the house. I told him I was tired and needed some peace and quiet to enjoy our new windows. It was like I said nothing. When I finally said enough he turned his back to me to continue to talk with my husband. That was the final straw. So I would recommend the windows but not the company. I had planned on getting more work done in by about a year but you lost that sale. This is an old house and it’s going to need a lot of upgrades.”

The workers broke part of the siding and caused a few other minor issues without informing us—I only discovered the damage on my own. The inspector acknowledged the problems and said they would be rectified. During his visit, he asked if we were happy with the work and whether we planned to do more projects with the company. At that moment, my wife and I said we were satisfied with the windows and that we might consider them in the future, but we also made it very clear that we were pressed for time due to other commitments. Despite this, he insisted on taking measurements and giving us additional pricing. He then became increasingly pushy and inconsiderate of our time, even after multiple reminders. His behavior completely changed our impression of the company. Because of this experience, we will not be recommending or using this company for any future work.”
