“The follow up on the door installation and stucco repair was a little frustrating and didn’t seem like the Power team had good communication within themselves. The QAM sounded like he uploaded pictures and a list of repairs needed during his QA visit, but calling the extension he wrote down on his business card multiple times, they didn't seem like they knew what was needed. They also don't follow up like they stated, so had to call them for updates every time. The QA visit became more of a sales visit for future projects and not just for QA purposes. Initial sales convo was ~5 hrs and the QA visit was a couple of hrs, both going well over the given estimates of expected visit length. Exhausting process if you're not patient. Products and installation seem good, time will tell if product will hold up, but lifetime warranty. Installers, who confirmed they were contracted and not actually Power employees (maybe I got confused, but they mentioned other companies they work for), were nice and professional. May still go with them for future projects when timeline makes sense, but won't if they initiate a sales convo.”

I’m disputing the price and am considering the NC Attorney General’s arbitration service or some other process.”

We were told a lot up front about how we would have someone walk through with us, how we could pay outright or would receive a quick bill to pay off, but at the end of the day our home was left dirty with windows not quite correctly sized and waiting on a bill while interest accumulates without any ability to pay or mitigate interest.”
