“Promptness and on time”
“We have been sending messages about some of the things we are not happy about but we are not getting any response from you. I also asked when you would be needing the money from the first appointment with the salesperson and was told not until the job was completed. Three days later they tried to take $25.000 from my checking account and bounced a check.I would like you to send me a check for the $25.00 .”
