“The actual foreman didn't get on site until about 1pm. The day started with workers showing up that COULDN'T speak or understand ENGLISH. Finally "the boss" showed up that spoke English about 8:30, but he was just an "acting" foreman from my understanding. They got to work, tearing out the existing windows. Did a pretty good job of it, then installing the new windows. The main issue I had was when the sealant was being put in around the windows. The guy putting the sealant around the windows wasn't checking his work. There were many gaps/holes as I peered from Inside the house. I spoke to the "acting" foreman a couple of times to address the issue but I don't believe he gully understood what I was saying. Once the real foreman arrived, I showed him my concern of NOT having a good seal around the wi down and he addressed it and they came INSIDE the house and put sealant around to insure no openings were visible.”

We should have done a better job in that regard. We are not accustomed to dealing with alot of different people--prefer to who is responsible and how to get in touch”

“Mike came out to our house for the estimate. We spent hours, literally hours talking about wood that needed to be replaced around all the windows from water damage. We went over this several times over the 3 hours he spent at our home talking about the 9 windows we needed, and the extensive wood damage on all the windows, and the kind of wood around 2 of the other windows, that would need to be replaced. I can't stress how much we talked about this. Mike also mentioned he get me a quote for siding, and someone to help with interior work, he never got back to me about either. Come the install, the guys start taking out existing windows. Then another Mike with the install crew shows up, and says they didn't know about the wood damage, are going to stop working until we figure out a new price. Trying to shake me down for more money, when there's giant holes in my house, is some of the shadiest business practices I've ever seen, let alone experienced. After me being totally irate, they continued work and finished the job. Then someone insisted to meet me and my wife at the house to go over the finished product. I never heard from that person again. I think his name was Tyler? A terrible experience from A to Z.”
