“Two people came out, one sold us the windows, and the other person measured. Another person had to come out and measure for a second time. My wife and I are self-employed and have to take a day off work to wait for them to show up. The first guy came out, did the measuring, and ordered the windows to be installed on a certain day. My wife takes off, they come in and install, and they had the material wrong. They had the wrong color. We had to set up a second date for them to come out, and my wife has to take work again. She loses between $3-400.00 a day when she has to take off. They come again, and two of the windows are wrong and will not fit. I told them not to do anything. I am done with the company. The third time the guy comes out and remeasures, and there again, another day off work. The fourth time a guy comes out, I take the day off this time. He looks at it and says he needs to tear out all the trim to make the windows work. I was told in the beginning they were going to have to mess with the trim, and now you say you have to tear it all out. Then I get another phone call 2 days later, and they say they don't have to take the trim off. I said good. The fifth time, they came out and installed 4 windows, and one of them, they left a trim piece off and had to order it. Then Saturday, a guy came in who was very nice to reinspect everything to make sure everything was done right. I pointed out the two problems. He did not know about them. I told them they ordered the trim piece for the bathroom window, and showed him the window in a bedroom. He found an issue with the screen in the kitchen window, so 6 times people have been out here now. Also, that Saturday, I got a call at 8:00 a.m. and the gentleman said he would be here between 9-10:00 a.m. He showed up a little after 11. He said they told him to arrive between 10-11:00 a.m., so again, the left hand is not talking to the right hand. The windows are now installed. I think I am happy with them.”
