The installers, Ricardo and Gabe were so professional, really did a fantastic job of making sure all was perfect. A side side comparison of the new windows and the older Home D's astounded me. How was I living without these beautifully made, perfect windows all this time? I still have not put blinds up since they look so good in the day!”

We signed the contract with him, but he forgot to go over certain details and some things we told him we wanted, got left off and had to be corrected later. However, my neighbor has replacement done about a year prior and her front door was installed backwards and even though Power has been over there a few times her door still isn’t fixed. If you want more referrals from this neighborhood then Power needs to replace her door correctly and at NO CHARGE. It was the project person’s error, not the ELDERLY customer.”

Someone from the Xfinity cable office patched it up. But there is still a hole the putty didn’t work! The window workers rushed through their work! They had two other places to go to before the end of the day. They didn’t finish landing level. Below the new window, there were a lot flaws ! They could have pocketed the difference and I would have never known the difference. Instead, they reduced the actual cost of the project to reflect the price of the standard sized door. “The product itself is solid and the initial sales representative was great to work with. However, the installation experience was disappointing. The workers broke part of the siding and caused a few other minor issues without informing us—I only discovered the damage on my own. The inspector acknowledged the problems and said they would be rectified. During his visit, he asked if we were happy with the work and whether we planned to do more projects with the company. At that moment, my wife and I said we were satisfied with the windows and that we might consider them in the future, but we also made it very clear that we were pressed for time due to other commitments. Despite this, he insisted on taking measurements and giving us additional pricing. He then became increasingly pushy and inconsiderate of our time, even after multiple reminders. His behavior completely changed our impression of the company. Because of this experience, we will not be recommending or using this company for any future work.”
“I would probably recommend Power but I will also warn them that if they care about their plants or yard be prepared their plants maybe destroyed and POWER don’t care and won’t replace them also I will voice my concerns about the lack of clean up and broken glass left when job is completed”
