“I had my house completely resided and painted. When you have this type of work down you expect the people crew leaders and/or project manager to fully inspect the work BEFORE they as you to inspect it. I walked the job 3 times and each time I found deficiencies with their work and in some cases unpainted siding. I don’t think James Hardie would approve of the way my job was handled. I would not recommend this SuperiorPRO to anyone.”

“I had high expectations but received poor communication. Some of the work was subpar. The siding was ok. Due to numerous errors, they were unable to deliver a good amount of my project, which was my windows. I guess this was due to a lack of training. I had to make myself available every time they needed to come out. There is no follow-through with their project managers to make sure they're doing their job.”

“We had our siding, windows, and gutters replaced in our home. It was a larger-than-average project. The attention to detail in all phases of the project - from planning, installation, and painting impressed my wife and me. The craftsmen were there when promised, worked meticulously, asked questions when needed to, did a great job in the finishing aspect. The painting was incredible. Very, very satisfied!!Our 40-year-old home looks brand new. It increases our resale value double what our investment was. We are already planning to use them for our daughters' homes and have recommended our friends to them.”

“My house looks great with new siding.. it was not without staff issues and mistakes during the job. Sided over dryer vent, 149 nails after rolling a magnet, downspouts thrown out in the yard then difficult to find where they went, and tromping over my flowers. Otherwise, it is a great company and have fixed everything and more. Yes, I would highly recommend them, just not the sub contractor they used.”

“The owner, Erwin, personally came out and measured the house. He told me things that he thought needed to be done. He was a good advisor. All of the crews that were here were all very neat and kept the site very clean. Project manager followed up with me throughout the project. Everything is fine now.”
