“I always have to call to set up an appointment. Normally, businesses would have a set date to come to your house. If I don't call, no one comes. Yesterday was the first time someone called me to say they were coming today. I am the one who is always doing the calling. I made an arrangement to use them for 6 months. I don't understand.”
