The technician was at my home before I arrived and explained everything to me before, during, and after he finished. He also made suggestions regarding the type of equipment I currently have in my house and cleaned up everything, so my basement looked exactly as it did when he arrived.

We are so thrilled with the service and quality of work for our recent waterproofing project. We initially had discovered mold in our basement. When we began the process of obtaining quotes, we also discovered a crack in the length of our basement wall. AA Action handled that assessment of the problem very professionally and honestly (including have an independent structural engineer give a second opinion). The work was scheduled about two weeks later and crew arrived on time and work was completed in promised time period. It was determined that we needed carbon fiber straps to reinforce the basement wall. The walls were cleaned, patched, the mold remediated, and straps installed without issue. We did run into an issue with dust and debris that made it's way into the main level in our home (due to initial improper sealing of the basement vents/doors). AA Action handled the issue promptly and professionally by cleaning the dust and debris and bringing in an industrial air scrubber into the basement and the main level of our home. We are so thrilled with the outcome of the work. This is not a fun project to have to invest in, but the peace of mind has paid off in dividends (especially with the lifetime transferable warranty of the work). I would not hesitate to hire AA Action for your waterproofing project.

We were 6 days away from putting our family home of 21 years on the market. During our preparations we emptied a storage area in the basement and discovered water on the concrete floor near the sump pump and foundation wall. Obviously we were a little panicked as you can't have potential buyers seeing that! Not knowing much about this, I looked up foundation and waterproofing repair companies and came across AA Action who had many great reviews. And I have to tell you, they really came through for us! They had Steve out to look at the problem within 2 days of my initial phone call, and after telling him our insane timeline, we agreed on a price and he had us set up for the extensive repair the next day. Steve was highly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and obviously listened to the details about our situation. The next morning Bill, the QC manager met me a 1/2 hour before the work was to be done to acquaint himself with the job before the crew arrived. Then when the crew arrived (on time), they were efficient, neat and professional. They jackhammered up the suspect area and installed a new sump pump, drain pipe and re-poured the concrete floor which all looks great. Bill stayed on-site the entire time the work was being done, which I obviously appreciate. All that being said, with their quick response we did not have to postpone the two open houses that were already scheduled for that weekend and glad to say, the house is now under contract with a new family. Just know that if you want cheap, this isn't your company, but if you want the job done right and you want to work with good people who listen, these ARE your guys. Oh, and their work comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty. I can't say enough about how they helped us and I highly recommend their services if you ever need them.

I cannot express how exceptional my overall experience was with this company. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to do when I found my basement flooded. I was panicking and so stressed out. I called and spoke with Rhonda who was able to quickly calm me down and put me at ease. She explained the process of getting this issue resolved and scheduled an inspector to come out to my home the very next day. The inspector Steve Williams was phenomenal. He assured me that this was something that could be fixed and made preventable from ever happening in the future. He provided me with a quote and we got the job scheduled and completed within the same week. The crew treated my home with respect and did an amazing job. To say the least this company provided an excellent service all around and was able to fix this huge headache and put all of my future worries at bay. Thank you AA Action Waterproofing. Highly recommend AA Action Waterproofing. From the moment I called, I received great professional service from Ms. Rhonda on scheduling. Next, Mr. Coleman was flexible with scheduling and stopped by the house for an estimate. This company was the most qualified and best price for the service I required. Mr. Coleman is knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The crew did excellent work and was finished in two days. If you are planning a waterproofing project for your home at least call & get and estimate - you won’t regret it.👍🏽
